The Valley of the Mother of God
I would never recommend this facility. They don’t have good customer service skills and they are not trustworthy. We tried to rent the facilities, I went their three times to view the rooms. Filled out the contract with our dates prior to visiting the facility to have them rent it without even notifying us after we filled out the contract. Margret is really confused concerning dates, prices, and emails. Take my advice don’t try to rent this facility. They don’t have Godly morals!!!!

Excellent retreat experience! Most rooms have ensuite. They're very clean and quite reasonable in size allowing for big families to comfortably stay for multiple nights. Also, the food is quite delicious. There's an on-site chef and kitchen so it allows for fresh meals to be made daily. They're very hospitable and they provide you with snacks as well as drinks throughout the day and there's always a caregiver on-site that takes any of your requests and tries to accommodate to the best of their ability. Highly recommend for group retreats or work events

The staff is very helpful, friendly and prompt. They catered to my dietary restrictions throughout the meals. The hall is spacious and clean, and the rooms were comfortable.Looking forward to going back again on a retreat.

The Valley of the Mother of God
The Valley of the Mother of God was a great place to stay. A group of us from the church of the prophet Daniel and the three Saintly Youths (aka 7 Altars) stayed there for the weekend in the new building and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Mr. Fady was super kind and took care of us and helped with pretty much everything. The food was also really good thanks to Mr. Gerges. Overall, those two nights were an amazing experience to all of us and we are definitely hoping to come again soon!

The facilities, staff, kitchen and amenities were great! Fady, the manager was exceptionally welcoming and kind. He is already to help and extend an extra hand. He’s available whenever you need him. The entire compound was spacious with plenty of things to do for all ages. Definitely returning.

The place is amazing, Fady who is managing the Valley always smiling, welcoming and doing his best to help everyone.For over 4 years we enjoyed indoor / outdoor during summer and winter. A blessed place!!!

Lovely place to have a retreat. Lots of outdoor activities and an indoor gym. Rooms are decent and clean. Kitchen staff were so friendly and lovely. I'd recommend this place for a retreat.
