Not even a call back,I was able to pay full price cash. Own all my income properties and have a 120,000 year job.Sad since I had a f-150 a mustang and even 2 windstars.Won't be going back to Ford again.

Although I do not drive a Ford vehicle, Bannister provided excellent customer service in getting my GMC in for some critical brake repairs on short notice, right before Christmas. Kieran Dueck (service advisor) was easy to deal with, friendly and professional. The repairs were done right away, and I had my vehicle back same afternoon. Very happy with my experience!Thanks Bannister!

Had a good experience bringing my truck in for repairs. It was a short wait to get my truck in. Monica provides good customer service and is a good communicator. I appreciate that they can text to my phone and send me documents to my phone. I will be driving to Dawson Creek, past my local dealer, to get my truck serviced here.

Can’t thank Cody the service manager enough, diagnosed a issue with the engine on my truck within minutes, and went out of his way to help me get the truck back up and running the same day, After care from the sales department has been the best I’ve received from any dealership! We bought a car from this dealership. Raj was amazing. Raj helped a lot, he explained all the features and gave genuine reviews of all car we looked. We went for a test drive in multiple cars. He was very patient. He gave us a great pricing. Other staff was friendly as well. A very memorable and happy experience. Definitely recommend

Very unhappy with the service department. They did not listen to my concerns or requests. They did not fix the issues with my truck but charged a lot of cash. They did confirm that the truck has issues (one's that I told them it had) and wanted to book another appointment with extreme charges.
