As first time homebuyers, during a pandemic, my boyfriend and I were extremely nervous and apprehensive about the whole process. Kris was extremely helpful and always available, whenever I had any questions about houses or making an offer. He was always available to visit houses, sometimes even the same day or multiple places in one day! He worked really hard for us and it paid off in the end, because we got the house we really wanted and we're so thankful for his hard work and dedication. I would definitely refer him to anyone looking for a realtor in the future.

We hired Kristian to sell our family home in Aylmer as we were down sizing and moving closer to family. Kristian and his team made a very emotional listing and selling process so simple. The kindness, outstanding care and professionalism was more then we expected. Kristian sold our home in 3 days! Selling a family home can be heart breaking but his team and he made certain we were cared for ever step of the way.

He and his assistant are exceptional as real estate agent. He gives an exceptional customer service in which the customer is taken cared from the beginning to the end. When there are hard decisions to make in the process, he knows how to explain the different choices to the customer and what can be the different outcomes without influencing the decision of the customer. His assistant takes care of all the important little details such as staging the house for pictures. We've hired him to buy a house but as well to sell a house and we've been extremely satisfied.

Amazing experience. When I first spoke to Kristian, he mentioned he would be available at all hours, and he stayed true to his word. I would lose track of time and accidently message him late at night, and he'd respond no problem. I'd send him messages while he was away at the cottage and he would always do his best to drive to locations with better reception.He's personable and knowledgeable about the area and homes. In the end he ended up going above and beyond what was expected of him to get the sale done.10/10 would recommend.Thanks Kristian!

Kristian is a great agent and a great guy. I have worked with him on two purchases and both experiences were positive. He is professional, understanding and responsive. I never felt pressure tactics and was treated more like a friend than a client.
