What, not even one option to call and talk to someone about anything relating to the store? Not only is online the “best” way, it is the “only” way? Not good and I am not impressed. Call their number and that is the only option you get - no one even answers - oh sorry I mean a real person vs automated message. Rather just go to amazon then where you get the same if not better “online service”.
