SaraCares Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Vancouver

We're a large nonprofit daycare, and the children are HARD on our area rugs. Plus, they're in constant use, so scheduling a good time for cleaning meant a very narrow window, if cleaning would even suffice! (We had feared they would require replacement, which would be a huge budgetary hit.)Dana and SaraCares were friendly, professional, and accommodating. Dana came to inspect beforehand, and based on his decades of experience, he suggested methods of decontamination that saved our rugs, making them clean and fresh, and on the schedule we needed! Truly amazing, and I can't recommend them strongly enough.

I am so glad I chose this carpet cleaning company. Dana was so helpful on the phone and Aaron the technician arrived and did an amazing job on my old and very dirty carpets and some furniture. He was very understanding and did a great job. Highly recommend!

First time having my area rug professionally cleaned and I cannot recommend SaraCares enough. They are extremely friendly, professional, and provide exceptional service (which, candidly, seems rarer and rarer these days in Vancouver!) I had a very tough stain on the rug which I harboured no illusions of being able to get out, but SaraCares did their best and it's barely visible now! The value for money is excellent and they even charged me less than what they quoted. This is a family run Vancouver business that I will now use for everything (rugs, couch, etc). Aaron our technician was amazing. Our cat made a stain on an area rug. & he cleaned it at no extra charge. He was extremely polite friendly and outgoing.He was very punctual and ensured he cleaned up after the job.The staff at SaraCares was extremely helpful and accommodating right from the startI highly recommend SaraCares and will most definitely use them again on my anual carpet cleaning

SaraCares did an amazing job on a very dirty white sofa! They also did excellent work on an upholstered chair and two area rugs. Efficient. Friendly. Professional. The service person arrived in time, was well prepared and did excellent work. The owner handled my calls quickly with a friendly, professional manner. I would highly recommend this business!

Aaron from SaraCares, the technician is excellent! He did a great job on our 2 couches and stained carpet from our cats. As soon as he came in, he got to work, was industrious, very knowledgeable, detail oriented, professional. Dana as well was very responsive re. booking his time, responsive, etc. I was so impressed I scheduled them to go to my mom's house to clean her carpets.
