Checked in on the Hilton app and got my digital key quick.Stopped by the desk to find out what the Diamond perks are here in Canada as I am from the states. Desk agent offered me a cookie and 2 water bottles.There is a Starbucks machine and you are allowed 1 drink per day. The breakfast buffet hours are 6:30AM to 10:30AM (Mon to Fri). Why doesn’t the states have these hours! You don’t get a $15 F&B credit though. That it only available in the states.Room overall was clean and modern. I love the hardwood flooring. Wish every hotel had hardwood flooring in the rooms.I would recommend and stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

Enjoyable stay, the staff are excellent hotel was clean and modern.I liked the Starbucks free coffee for diamond members and the breakfast buffet was excellent, it included sausages and bacon and most of the items in an a la carte breakfast except your choice of eggs.Most Hiltons I visit no longer give free a la carte breakfast for diamond members which is unfortunate as I enjoyed that.They also try to reduce daily room cleaning, common prior to covid, to on demand cleaning.My perception being that Hilton continues to reduce service as well as the perks for diamond members, I do consider competitive options each time I book.

We had to reschedule our visit to a week earlier. The hotel visit was fine. However, when we cancelled the hotel visit we no longer needed, we did not receive any refund. We cancelled 5 days in advanced and you can't refund a penny? We feel cheated at a time when we're already on hard times.

Where to start? We have stayed here in the past and really enjoyed our stay, this time, not so much. Room was decent enough, comfortable, staff cheaped out on soap, 1 soap, 1 little shampoo and 1 little shower gel for 4 people, 2 towels, unable to get more from front desk when we called, they ran out??? Pool, only 6 towels available on the racks at the beginning of the day. Elevator was extremely dirty. No wipes to be found anywhere including in the gym which would be gross in normal times, imagine now with Covid still around. No spray bottles either or work out . towels. Did not use the restaurant. We will be using a different hotel next time we come down to visit family. Don't stay here, it really as gone downhill.

Hotel room is great. However. When i went down to the restaurant at 8:15 pm, it was closed. I had just checked the hours when i got in from work, which i work until 730. I seen the restaurant was open until 11pm on the website. So, i thought might as well check out the restaurant as its convenient. Instead i was greated with lights off, and the hostess by the bar. I asked her if they were closed and she responded with glee we are now!". Almost seemed she was happy to be closing before advertised time. Last time i checked

I will probably skip over this hotel next time I am visiting family. I showed up at 1pm hoping to check in early, but it was obvious they were short staffed in terms of cleaning which is fine and understandable, so I checked in at 3pm which Is normal time. Upon check in, they told me the room is missing the face towels and that I would get them shortly. They never arrived. My wife called down to the front desk to ask for a Razor, and they told her to come down and grab it. The tub had some hair in it. When we asked for more bath towels, we got these strange looking old blue towels Vs. standard white hotel bath towels. I gave 1 extra star because everyone was very friendly during our stay.Update, I forgot to mention that after walking on the hardwood floor with white socks, they turned black after an hr or so. Not sure if they are moping this floor? or just vacuum.

Conveniently located near the airport. I had a room on a higher floor which was nice and quiet room. Staff was friendly and helpful. The digital key wouldn't work on my phone but staff were very helpful. The breakfast the next morning was good and affordable. The rooms are big and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The rooms are very clean.The bed was the MOST comfortable bed I have ever slept on.Beautiful linen.Wonderful pillows.Just my A.C unit was VERY loud and noisy.The Cookie on arrival was warm and Oh! Soooooo good.

As a Hilton gold member I have stayed at many Hilton properties in Canada. The staff at this location provided the best service I have ever experienced. Tony at the front desk was personable and professional and made our stay very enjoyable by anticipating our needs. Janet in the restaurant provided phenomenal service at breakfast and made us feel like we were family. Kudos to this property for putting the guest first! We will be back.

Clean hotel, well kept, excellent customer service. Nice pool for our family getaway.Only had 2 towels in the bathroom, they ran out of towels for the day - so offered us pool towels. Also, toilet flush kept getting stuck. Otherwise,would have given 5 stars.
