I completely agree with the reviewer below in that Strauss’ customer service is horrific - likely the worst I’ve ever encountered. They do not value their clients one bit - not even ones who have supported them for a decade! We’ve been waiting for nearly 2 months to have our machine serviced which is under extended warranty and continue to get the run around. First it’s that they are “extremely busy” and now that they are “restructuring.” If you are unable to service your clients then you don’t deserve to have them. Beware of the circus this ‘company’ has become.

Please do not waste your money buying their water filter machine!!As soon as it's time to change the filter the machine stops working.They have to send you a new one. This company has the worst customer service they never get back to you or answer phone calls!I haven't been able to use the water machine for 2 months now!They wont even bother to reply back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Wel as all my fellow mates explained. The customer service is NEXT TO HORRIBLE. Getting replacement filter and bulb is UNBELIEVABLY IMPOSSIBLE, customer service never calls back, you can’t place an order for parts on their century old website.THIER web form doesn’t work, literally for the price you pay for their damn water system is ridiculous.THIS IS A TOTAL RIP OFF. BUYERS BEWARE!

Undeniably the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. Can't even buy the parts to DIY service your machine (UV LAMP & WATER FILTER). We've called several times.... Don't expect anyone to call you back, it doesn't matter how many people you have to speak with, or how long you're on the phone for with them. Do your research before you buy, and avoid at all costs!!

Apparently the water bars products cannot be installed on wells. I live on the Oak Ridges Moraine and have excellent water but according to them there would be a liability in them installing this product on a well. From everything I read about the product, they are all about purification and giving safe/quality water to their owners/families. They talk about Walkerton and incidents involving city water contamination and then promote that our WaterBars can give you that extra peace of mind"

I have had my Strauss WaterBar for a few years now and love it. I used to by cases of water bottles but didn't like the environmental issue of the plastic so I decided this would be better. I never have to change any big water bottle and the water is fresh and a great taste and it is so easy to use. I drink alot of water throughout the day and it is cold and quick to get. I can have water boiled for a cup of tea so quick that I have put my kettle in the cupboard. An excellent product.

My Strauss WaterBar has actually changed my life for the better! I consume 3-4 times more water than I did before, and having instant access to boiling hot water is so convenient!
