Customer service has a lot to desire and the automated system doesn’t not support the options presented ... practically imposssble to get English reperesent for service ... very rushed and pushy to get off the phone w customers ... considering other cable options

Normally good service for internet however recently it's been impossible to get in touch with someone at their call center. They don't seem to have a 'waiting' queue so I have to call back everytime and hope to speak with someone. Not famous :(

Terrible customer service! Called back to ask to speak to her supervisor and got hung up on twice and the third time she said she would have her call me back and never asked my name or number and hung up on me again!

Not to bad. Hear lots of negative about pricing changes through a contract but that is yet to be determined

Terrible experience. they sold our phone number to telemarketers call lists as soon as we registered, internet always failing, tech support were unknowledgeable and extremely rude, and the technicians were terrible.

Internet never works always rebooting it. When we call they make us do a speed test and will not do anything about craching problem. They say are call will be transfered higher up and we will receive a call anywhere from 24 to 48 hours but never do.
