Well I got in touch with Eric Chiang from a Google search of countertop companies close to my apartment in Langley last summer. The decision of what type of countertop and design took many months and finding the right sink and faucet took longer than I thought. Eric was always helpful and had time to talk or text me back promptly.We decided to go with Quartz Silestone Stellar night in late Nov of 2021, but ran into supply chain issues, thankfully with a bit of legwork we we’re able to get that issue resolved and the countertop was cut and installed just before Xmas. Eric and his team were amazing to work with. First of all the customer service I received was by far the best I have experienced from any trades. Every time I called Eric, he answered, greeted me by my name and always assured me that he had time to listen to me.They have a great showroom, with tons of selection!The turnaround time was lightening fast, my tile guy couldn’t believe how fast they got my job cut. I had a ton of cuts and polished edges, (two vanities, tub surround, shower curb, seat, several large shelves and small shelves) I was totally surprised how fast the turn around was. From measure to install was 8 days!The install was flawless, they were so fast and it looked way better than I expected.I can’t recommend them enough!!!

Dealing with ECL / Eric was a pleasure. After calculating countertop requirements for our kitchen he suggested we utilize the remainder of the required 2 slabs for other counter. For not much more cost we were able to update two bathrooms. Very happy with the look of the finished product, the installation and the team!
