Mason and Noah , just installed a security system at our house and they did an excellent job. Were very friendly and did neat work, cleaned everything up before they left. They explained everything to us how to put the app on our phone and computer. Would highly recommend them.

We switched to Alarm Systems last summer after a series of unsatisfactory experiences with our previous (national) provider. What a breath of fresh air they have been. From the person who came to give us a quote, through the excellent installer and the staff in in office whom we have since met, they are all top-notch. Moreover, this system is a huge leap forward over out old system.

Our property was broken into and they didn't call the police. When we contacted them they claimed they had not received a signal, that our system was not connected and that they weren't reponsible. Interesting story because if we hadn't been connected, why didn't they alert us? What is even the point of having an alarm system if they can't monitor it? We are actively looking to switch providers as we can no longer trust this company.
