Explored Ducati Montreal's new facility and it was amazing.The array of motorcycles is expentionaly larger for new and pre-owned units.Sales Service is good, the staff Montreal is amicable and seemed knowledgable about the Ducati product line.

Second Ducati, very please with my experience. They make you feel at home. They waited for me to unveil my new bike with greetings and a glass of bubbly. Yann worked with me to make the deal happen and was extremely transparent all throughout with no pressure. Dealt with Julien on the parts side. He was a gentleman all thoughout answering all the questions I had with great energy.Kudos to all the team to make the Ducati experience an amazing one.

Maeva in contracts and Vincent in Service were exceptional. They made the buying experience a pleasure. Quick to answer questions and respond to emails. They had my bike crated and ready to go in no time. The bike was well secured and through Day & Ross the bike was picked up Monday afternoon in Montreal and arrived in Nova Scotia before noon on Wednesday in immaculate condition. I was a bit stressed about buying a bike from out of province but it worked out very well and I was worried for nothing.

Not great, said they sell a lot of bikes to out of province buyers, said it would have fresh oil & filter, said the tires had enough tread and would pass inspection in Ontario (back tire did not, did send new tire, front barely passed), said would pay for install of new back tire. Did not wash the bike, bug guts on front.

Top level team at Ducati Montreal. From simply just gathering info all the way to delivery and beyond, they always deliver the goods. I worked with Yann for my V4SP order and couldn’t be happier. Always positive energy walking into the dealer and super welcoming.

I bought my 2019 Hypermotard at Ducati Montreal. It was the best buying experience I have ever had out of all my vehicles.I brought it in today in 2023 for the regular maintenance, and I have to say, that Ducati Montreal's Service is team IS TOP QUALITY.I cannot express enough that this team knows exactly what they are doing, and don't miss ONE detail.Due to my location I had to bring it to another shop last summer, and there's always an issue I have to return for (usually the chain tensioning) etc...I am so relieved to be able to bring it back to Ducati Montreal.I even forgot to ask them to put the battery strap back as I wasn't able to get it back in place when I re-connected it this spring, and checked when I got home, they put it back without me even having to ask.Honestly I love the place, Jonothan is a great salesperson I am so happy he got me to get a brand new bike and not used. Look forward to my next purchase there.Thanks team!

Very big and beautiful, a bit expensive compared to the US

This is my second Ducati and First bought at this particular dealership! Sales,Service and Parts were top notch! I would highly recommend! I was 700kms away and will continue to take the long ride for any service! 100% Satisfied customer from New Brunswick!

AMAZING SERVICE! A special thank you to the team of service technicians and customer service reps at Ducati Montreal for bring my Ducati back from the dead. My bike was a true casse-tête (ask the guys there, they have plenty of stories). Throughout the time that the bike was there; they sent me pictures of their work and updated me on their progress. Great communication and I thank them for their perseverance in getting this done. Trust your bike to the experts, trust Ducati Montreal. The bike works beautifully now.
