Best cheese cakes franchise ever. Too fresh and soft.

Pretty disappointed, customer service 0 tart is way too hard, I am gonna choose between my teeth or the tart. Cheesecake too watery, its almost like a pudding in the middle, can’t pick up. Hopefully they can manage to change back to the original attitude. I understand how inflation impacted the business, it’s ok to increase the price but not ok to decrease the quality

Went at night but the workers were lovely. The bakery aroma was just heavenly!!! I don’t know how the workers don’t snack on Uncle Tetsu all day, haha. Service was quick and fast. Got their cheese tarts which are still great after all these years. Happy to have a location close by.

I've never seen a place like this before. Today, I went to their store to buy matcha cheesecake and I ended up with an original cheesecake. But the matcha cheesecake is what I told them, who works at the store, and what she repeated to me was matcha cheesecake, and they have cameras in the store to check if I'm telling the truth. I did take some responsibility for not checking the list they gave me when I went out after buying the cake. But their service attitude made me very dissatisfied. I found out that it was the original cake and I went back to their store. I asked them if they could change the matcha cake for me or give me a refund. But they told me they couldn't exchange or refund the money. After fruitless communication with us, they took measures to do their own thing and ignore me. I was surrounded by friends who work in restaurants and normally I would never pick on a waiter or waitress, but it was not my fault and the way they handled it made me really unhappy and will not be going back to the restaurant.
