Scammers, they get you to buy an extended warranty and they tell you that you will get an in store credit but when you go to collect they say your not eligible, losers.

Staff are great, good selection of receivers too.

If you are in the market for a new TV, I highly recommend dropping into the 2001 Audio/Video Ajax location and having a chat with Luke.Apologies for the length, but the experience merits such.I was upgrading to my first, smart TV. After some preliminary, self-research, I realized there was a lot more to this than I initially thought!After 3 trips to Best Buy, and after getting 3 completely different answers to my questions, I decided that it might be wise to talk to someone who was more specialized in Audio/Video.Enter Luke. “Mr. Specifications”He listened why I outlined what I was considering and my reasons for those considerations.He then took the time to cover a myriad of concepts and technologies ; address and allay my concerns, including things I would have never considered asking about.Pricing wise, 2001 was competitive. In the end, I did go over my planned budget but this was a case of being properly informed and adjusting accordingly, as opposed to being oversold/undersold.When setting up, I did have a config issue with my Soundbar but between Luke & Samsung, it was rectified quickly and minor in nature.Ultimately, I am completely satisfied with my purchase and feel considerably more informed.Thanks Luke!Bob FardyAjax, ON

This store is ok if you know what exactly you're looking for. They sell TVs and electronics. In terms of choices, not a whole lot. Staff are wonderful.

Unlike big box stores, the staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. The service is great and when one is ready to buy, they have your goods available for purchase without any hassles. They take good care of their customers.

Great experience here. I went in the store to pick up a Pioneer head unit that I ordered online. Staff were friendly and the store was clean and well organized.

Amazing product knowledge. Jeff and Dillon knew their stuff and helped my husband and I find a home theater system.

Walked in, not knowing which headset I wanted, then their amazing worker Luke approached and provided amazing customer service, told us detailed information about the types of headset which might interest myself.

The guys there were ok but not great. When you buy something and if you don't like it, you need to pay 15% restocking fees. Also you have to return unopened items within 15 days to get a full refund. I can go to best buy because you can get a full refund if you don't like the item.

the staff are very friendly and helpful, also the manager is best guy, he is very honest person. they are really caring about customer wish. I'll recommend to my family and friends.
