The workplace is horrible, just thinking of going to my shift makes me sick, theres so much tension here that it is unbearable to even focus right. And don't get me started on the management there because I'm going wild, they CLEARLY prioritize some people than others and I am not only talking about customers but employees. They also don't manage the responsibilities of their employees either. That concerns their ability to work or to act. The food is mediocre at best and the customers always seems to find a way to put me on the nerves.

If i could give it zero stars i would. This is by far the worst McDonalds ever. Food is always cold and tastes very bad as if its not fresh. Service is non existing. They make you wait at least 30 mins in the drive thru to give you your food. By the time the food comes its cold. I went in the drive thru today and ordered 3 trios, it wasnt busy at all and i was the only car in the drive thru, i paid and they told me to go wait near sign #1. We waited at least 25 mins and no one came to give us our food. I had to go in and see whats happening. As i walked in, there was 3 customers angry and swearing about the slow service. After 5 mins i finally saw an employee and she told me they dropped our food on the floor and had to remake another order. This is only one of the many many horrible services we received at this location.I think this location is run by kids with no management whatsoever.All this to say that i will never go back to this location.

If you are going to hire a bunch of 12 year old students to work here... That's great, but put an adult with them to ensure the quality" (lol as if) is up to McDonald's standards. This place is consistently one of the worse. Lachine McDonald's is pretty horrible as well but this may be a strong contender for last place!"

Simple to place your order since you're doing it all yourself. But the lack of staff makes for long wait time for your fast food. Washrooms could use some cleaning too.

this is by far the worst mcdonald experience i’ve ever been to. we placed an order on the app. They claimed to be 24h once we arrived there all doors were locked drive tru was blocked there was a bell on the door we ran it the staff saw us but choose to ignore us completely we ended up have to call them on the phone for them to tell us how to get our order. They told us to walk to their drive thru window to pick up our orders once i got there there was several ppl waiting and one car was blocking the window, i made eye contact with one staff then i waited for 10mins. Only to realized you need to come up to the window to ask for ur order. they did not bother to announce anyone’s order even tho they saw us waiting out there.I PAID FOR THE MEAL I DID NOT COMES UNANNOUNCED AND BEG FOR FOODTHIS MCDONALD OWNER NEED TO CLOSE THEIR BUSINESS

Stay the F away. Don't do it. Ran by children, yes, actual children (14 years old at best). No management, just kids running around laughing. Ordered online for pickup before getting here to save time and still waited ONE HOUR for my meal at 11pm. Place is crowded with angry customers.

Great service, super quick, always accurate. Definitely one of the better McDonalds' in the city. Only thing I'd change is the atmosphere, it's always pretty busy when I go which unfortunately means it's always pretty dirty, especially around the soda area.

Expect long waits, mistakes in your order, cold burgers and a dirty restaurant. It's a last resort stop and the only place that's open late for food in the area, hence why it's still in business. It's been consistently bad for years lol
