I love the people who run this place - one woman in particular has started to recognize me and my partner when we come in and it’s so nice. We always do our laundry here instead of our building - they have big washers and driers, it’s affordable, and I would rather support a local business then the slum landlord who owns out building. Thank you highland laundry!

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Been coming here for years for dry cleaning and years ago they were decent. This time they put a fat hole in my favourite down jacket. All the feathers keep coming out. Avoid these guys for dry cleaning

The owner is a very rude person. And told me that the clothes needs to be washed within hours before drying. Which absolutely makes no sense. My clothes were washed 7 hours before drying and he straight refused me and asked me to use the washer first before using the dryer. Some really obnoxious scheme to make money.

It’s nice to have very close laundry shop in your neighborhood but sad to say the customer service was very poor.I understand that your guys busy and lot’s of customers but please say it in a nice way not like how you treat me today. It’s very sad and horrible. ☹️I WILL NOT DIFFERENTLY COME ANYMORE.!!

Wanted to charge me $200 to dry clean 3 jackets and 2 skirts. Average prices are half that. Also was rude; just tossed my stuff in the back and didn’t care that they were falling in the ground. Just didn’t feel respected :/

Machines work well.Triple loaders for $5-$6. Dryers $0.25/4 minutes. Clean & open late. Best hours in the area.Cold cans of pop for saleFree parking in the rear for customers

Been going here for my laundry for several years now. It's a family-run business, but I think the parents have retired now. The guy who's always there has a very lousy attitude. He's very hostile to his customers and he makes one feel unwelcome. Sad that the parents left management of the business to this guy. To avoid the stress, I'm not going back to this place.
