We love taking Anya, our sheppard/collie to Pine Ridge Pet Centre. Anya loves it there too. Paul and staff have taken excellent care of our furbaby. We would not consider taking Anya anywhere else.

Once again my review has been taken down. I will keep reposting. You cannot trust the reviews for this place.My dog was injured here and received no veterinary attention. Please look elsewhere for the safety of your pet.

Pine Ridge Pet Centre - Dog Lodging & Daycare Resort
Can't recommend Pine Ridge Pet Centre and Paul (owner) enough! The attention to detail and total care taken is most appreciated; having never boarded any previous dogs in 26 years, I researched carefully and Archie has thoroughly enjoyed spending time socializing at daycare, exercising and more recently on his first 'extended vacation' away from home. It is well structured for play and rest periods, and the routine mirrors how I handle my dog at home. Archie would type this himself, but he's busy recovering from his 'vacation' (see below). This is a professional, well-run business and more importantly - a caring and dedicated human that you can trust to care for your pet.

What can i say . This was the first time we had used Pine ridge pet centre and having a young dog of only 14 months we were both a little unsure.After talking to the owner Paul we felt right away he was going to be looked after the best way possible.Toby enjoyed every minute he was there playing with Paul's dogs and enjoying the open play areas which you can see in the many videos taken by Paul each day showing you your dog having a great time.This is now Toby's second home and we will have no worries about leaving Toby with Paul and the staff at Pine Ridge pet centre in the future.thank you Peter , Kate and Toby.

It is like the Ritz Carlton for your pets! The owner is amazing the Pet Centre is immaculate! Our cats don't want to come back home with us when we pick them us! All guest pets are in excellent hands and well-loved! It is a beautiful, secure environment with an abundance of TLC! We highly recommend the Pine Ridge Pet Centre"!"

Pine Ridge Pet Centre - Dog Lodging & Daycare Resort
Paul and everyone at Pine Ridge have been wonderful with our dog Snoopy! She has been twice and loved it both times. The socialization and play area is what we love best. They really helped us a few months ago when Snoopy had a medical issue and would have been in her crate for a week as our house is under renos and we had nowhere safe to keep her. They took her in and accommodated her needs, no problem at all. We trust them implicitly and Snoopy is always thrilled to go the The Hotel" as we call it!"

Our family has been hiring Paul and Pine Ridge for Dog Care since they opened and they are the best in the business. Paul goes the extra mile every time we need dog care to make sure our pets are comfortable and enjoying themselves as well when we are away on vacation! We also love when we see our pup in his regular video updates on Facebook :) Thank you Paul for being so caring and attentive to our pup, it means so much to us!

Pine Ridge Pet Centre - Dog Lodging & Daycare Resort
Paul and everyone at Pine Ridge go above and beyond to make you feel at ease. The facility is clean and safe and fun for the pets. My dog is a bit high maintenance, needing medication daily and with a few behavioral quirks, so I need a place I can trust with these responsibilities. I felt very happy with my experience here and I will be using them for all of my babysitting going forward. This was my first visit - during covid - all protocol felt safe and respectful.I live in Toronto and the drive was approximately 1.5 hrs. Worth the drive for the outdoor play area and service provided. Thank you Paul and family!!
