Real Canadian Superstore Regent Avenue

This past weekend was the third weekend in a row that most of the fruits were missing and this at ~1100am in the morning. I went to customer service and advised them of the lack of fruit and they just dismissed me. That's real good customer service so from now on it may be more pricey but I'll be shopping at Sobeys.

This would be a better location to go to (out of the ones I've been to). It's for sure a bigger location and has a good selection for general foods and diverse foods as well. It's a good place for a grocery run or just to pick up a few things!

I work all day long and y’all being open till 11 was the biggest assistance to my life. Especially since the Gateway store has been under construction and closing even earlier.Tonight I discovered y’all close at 10 now, which makes no sense.. The store is always busy between 10-11. Plus it’s summer time and it’s still light out, so you’d think that the hours you use all winter would apply to the summer when even more people would utilize them. I was among over a dozen people who tried both you guys & Walmart, only to find both stores now close at 10. Man, if you were smart y’all would stay open till 11 just to get the business Walmart is turning away. Instead both business are losing customers.Guess we won’t be wasting our gas coming to shop with you guys anymore.

The stuff is very friendly I like the. Products it's very awesome I love it a lot especially the fruits. Great customer service but the bathroom needs to be a little more clean.

As an American traveling in Canada who had never been into a Canadian (Atlantic) Superstore, I was impressed. A bit pricey if you compare to Walmart, but we're talking a whole different class of store, selection of items, and quality of service.

I just don’t like regent branch. When you shop in the afternoon or evening you will see most of vegetables and fruits empty. This is always like this. I don’t recommend this branch. I love the Gateway branch, coz employees there always replenish their stocks.

I do all my weekly shopping here and have done so for over 3 years now and enjoy coming here. The store is nice and clean and organized which makes it easy to find products and I enjoy the international section for something different. I find this store is well lighted and bright, nice and cheery. They have a nice deli section as well as meats, fish and poultry. I find the checkout staff very nice and friendly and I enjoy the gift if you spend a certain amount of money as well as the points/ Optimum card. Great store.

So a few months ago I left a review with complaints about how one of your store associate imposes inconveniences on your customers by limiting the 25 or less rule in the express check out EVEN AT NEAR CLOSING TIME WHEN THERE ARE VERY LITTLE CUSTOMERS INSTORE. I had said I would be taking my business next door at your competitors because they don't have this rule and they have free curbside pick up with minimum of $25 spent. I am happy to report that upon reviewing my spending over the last 2 months, I have only gone to your store ONCE vs 5-6x a month. I hope this was your associate's goal because they were very successful.

Rolled in to a nearby campground and had to get a few supplies and quick food for supper. Huge store!!! Lots of choices for grocery items, housewares, clothes.Two detractors were the sadly disappointing 'loaded baked potato salad' which had an odd taste and the potatoes weren't cooked well, and there weren't staff that were knowledgeable (one poor guy couldn't find Qtips nor anyone to help him, and overheard a woman ask a produce boy something and his response was I really couldn't tell you

Big, bright, and generally clean supermarket. Produce is usually in good shape. Lots of selection. It's a very large store, so trips take a while, but the prices are excellent so it's worthwhile. The layout is pretty good, but certain items can still be tricky to find. Definitely worth getting the PC Optimum app to get discounts on your groceries; best points program around.
