Cummings Small Engine Service

Took a trip across town for me but they had the carb kit needed in stock and have been very helpful for other parts in the past.Returned most of my emails by the next day which was a great help as well.

Recently used their help and guidance. They helped me by servicing an off brand that they normally do not deal with. It turned out to be something simple to fix. They explained the repair (and showed me) and... came in under their quote.I believe it is all about timing with a shop of this nature. I caught them at a lull in between seasons and repairs.Very happy with the service.

I just wanted to hop on the comments to commend the customer service at Cummings. I walked in this morning looking for a couple of older bolts for a Toro snowblower and the manager found what I needed after some looking. Very professional. Thanks very much Cummings. I would recommend you to anyone.

I took my lawnmower into Cummings in an abundance of caution. Although it had been working well I had not had it looked at for a few years. I of course attended to the oiland gas and cleaned as needed. When I received it back it would not start.with my brothers help we figured out that the dead man’s switch would no longer move. He got it responding to the handle lever. This had never been a problem before.I left town for a couple of weeks, storing the machine safely inside. With confidence I went to cut my lawn today. I got it started but as a non mechanical friend described it - it sound halting. It is like the engine is always going to stop Both the electric start and the pull start will rarely start it. For the years I have had it (from new) I have always used the pull start. Now neither works even after being charged well.I am so upset with Cummings I don’t even want to go back there. My brother had taken it in for me but I felt my service on pickup was quite dismissive. They just wanted the machines gone. I picked it up the day it was ready. All machines were outside. I wondered at the time if the machines were safe from vandals being outside. Now I again wonder as a supposedly fully serviced well running machine no longer works.

Zero! Worst customer service we've ever experienced. My partner couldn't even make it through the front door before being scolded by the sales man outside for looking at snow blowers that were on display. My partner was repeatedly and aggressively asked what do you want

Crazy .... I looked for a cable for my snow blower EVERYWHERE. I couldn't find it anywhere in Winnipeg or WWW sites that didn't charge 4x money for shipping. So, on the recommendation of a friend, I drove 1/2 across Winnipeg and low and behold in stock and great price.

Great prices and excellent service. Despite always being busy, they always find time to provide excellent customer service.
