One Yonge Dental Office

I have terrible experiences going to the dentist & every single staff member in the office knows that. They treat me with empathy, patience and upmost care. They take their time. Let me cry it out. Never make me feel bad for it either. They let me pick whatever to watch on Netflix. The receptionist is also my favourite of all. She sees me in the community and knows my name. You’re not just a patient here. They genuinely care about you. The receptionist is the wife of the dentist. She knows I avoid going to the dentist and when my benefits run out. She will call multiple times and email because she knows I’m anxious and avoid going. In the most caring way. So if you have bad dentist anxiety I highly recommend coming here for 0 judgement.

Dr T and his team provide a great service. Dr T is quite knowledgable and good at delivering the diagnosis.

Place is beyond 5 star rating Dr. T is very knowledgeable and caring towards his patients. I did my filling here, hands down to professionalism and passion towards his work.I have done my teeth cleaning as well. Lucy , Ana and Victoria are amazingHighly recommend

My dental hygienist is Barbara.. she is fantastic ,she is really gently throughout the scaling process. Good experience.. Highly recommend this place.

My husband and I have been patients of one Yonge dental office for the past 10 years. We have really liked Dr. Tsimerman and his wonderful team. They are simply the best. They are always on time for appointments, take great care of their patients, provide very good treatment and dental cleaning services. Rimma is always very friendly and great with the appointment reminders and insurance claims processing. She remembers to book appointments with the dental hygienist that we prefer and makes special efforts to accommodate lunch appointments. Had my 2nd cleaning appointment today with Lucy who is absolutely fantastic and made my teeth look and feel super clean and polished. Front desk also was very organized and helped remind me of any rescheduling or upcoming appointments promptlyThe dental assessment with Dr Tsimerman was also good and he was very upfront and fair with me about what I needed. I would highly recommend them

I normally don't write a review on anything. However, I wanted to let people know that this is the BEST DENTAL OFFICE I ever gone to. I highly recommend 1 Yonge Dental Office. Dr. Tsimerman is caring his patients and always honest with you.Rimma is great receptionist with her professional work skills. I never had hard time to claim my insurance, to book an apt, etc with her. Alway top notched.Also, Lucy is the best dental hygienist. She is so lovely!HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!

I have been a patient of Dr. Tsimerman since I moved to Toronto in 2017 and my experience has been amazing so far! His office is very welcoming, clean, and colourfully decorated. The staff in the office are extremely friendly and all of my appointments are always on time. Dr. Tsimerman is very knowledgeable and makes me feel at ease - something I don’t usually feel at a dentist’s office! I had a filling done recently and he took the time to clearly explain what he was doing and assure me it would not be painful. I completely trust that he is one of the best dentists in Toronto. The location is very convenient, the dentist is great, and I’d highly recommend One Yonge Dental!I recently had a check up in August 2020 for the first time since they re-opened after shutting down for Covid. They have made extensive changes/renovations to ensure the office and the whole process is as safe and clean as possible. It was so reassuring to see that they have gone above and beyond to make it a safe, comfortable experience for all of their patients.

Dr Tsimerman is absolutely the most caring Dentist. I would give 10 stars ⭐️ if I could. He is so gentle and takes his time to answer all of my questions. I worked in the industry for about a decade and I can say that this office is the best. Rimma is the sweetest receptionist and also very caring. All of the hygienists are also very gentle as well. I always leave feeling so cared for and with a fresh sparkly smile.

The outside is very unassuming and partly why it took me over 2 years to consider going in. I was also hesitant to use a 'new dentist'. Turns out they've been operating at this location for nearly 25 years!The staff there are warm and welcoming. Rimma always has a wonderful smile waiting when you step in. The hygienists are attentive and the conversation is just right. It's helpful that they have Netflix in each room too. And of course Dr. Tsimmerman himself is knowledgeable, attentive and his advice to date has always been spot on. He doesn't push unnecessary services and worked with my schedule when my insurance coverage ran out at the end of the year.I highly recommend them!
