When I moved several years ago from Winnipeg to Victoria I looked for a hair salon that used high quality hair products and hopefully a good hair stylist .I was lucky to find Kelsey at Evolve hair salon and I cannot speak highly enough of the service that she is providing.She is an expert in hair cutting, understands my hair type and is always advising me with a style that suits my personalty. Kelsey has a good sense and knowledge about hair colour and new products. It is her personality that brings out her professionalism and her warm and caring way to talk to clients makes everybody feel at home and cared for in the salon.Inga.

I cannot say enough good things about Kelsey. She is the hairdresser I have been looking for my whole life! My hair has never looked better. She is friendly, caring and thoughtful, extremely hard working, up to date on all the new education, but most importantly - she is a hairdresser who actually listens to me and then delivers the most amazing beautiful results. Every. Single. Time. Kelsey has endless enthusiasm and love for everything hair, and it shows in her work. I have had random strangers stop me to tell me how much they like my hair! I feel like a queen when I leave my appointment. Her salon is laid back and comfortable with a friendly vibe, a great selection of professional products for sale, and even a selection of snacks available (at no extra charge) for those of us who have a lot of hair and need a longer appointment. I honestly feel so lucky to have found Kelsey. I live an hour out of town, but I would travel across the country just to have my hair done by this girl. There is no one else like her.

I've never been so in love with my hair. Kelsey helped me have realistic expectations for my hair journey while helping me reach a place where I feel confident and beautiful. I went to see Kelsey recently for the first time and had such a lovely experience! I have very thick/long hair and went in for a full balayage, so I was there for quite a while. Kelsey is such a kind, fun and courteous human! She provided great company, made sure I had what I needed, that I was happy and comfortable with every step of the process, and even had a SNACK CART (thank you for this!). Going to see someone new for such a big treatment/service is always a little unnerving but I am so happy that I booked in with her and will definitely be back.

I have been getting my hair done by Kelsey for many years. She is the best at getting my hair the perfect colour / blonde. She takes her time to talk me through all the Pinterest pictures/ideas I bring to her and I always leave my appointment very happy. She keeps up with the latest trends and is always furthering her education to offer her clients the best. I would recommend her for any blonde service you need!

Cannot say enough good things about Kelsey! I have been a client of hers for close to five years and am continually blown away by her approach to my hair. I go in with an idea and Kelsey makes it a reality beyond what I could have ever dreamed. I am quite particular with my hair and her attention to detail and patience is something I really value.
