#1 furniture store in Brampton! Sergio, the store manager, is the best in the business. Very good customer service, very knowledgeable and helpful, making my shopping experience so much easier.Called in yesterday with a last minute request to get a new mattress for my house today and staff went above and beyond to make that happen.I recommend shopping at this location.

The very best deal you can get on great quality mattresses. Sergio, the owner, has a perfect variety on types such as foam, pocket coils, tempur pedic, and cooling. He was very patient with us and understood our needs immediately. We went in there with a budget and walked out with the top of the line bed. Not only did Sergio work within our budget he also gave us a great deal. Have been going here for 10+ years and have bought 4 beds from this location since. You cannot beat the quality, and the warranty is just worth it. This is the place to go rather then big franchises. Big franchises will try to sell you whatever is in your budget disregarding your needs. Go to The Sleep Factory, it’s absolutely worth it.

Great experience shopping at Sleep Factory. Called in and spoke to Sergio on a Wednesday. Needed a new mattress ASAP. Went in on Thursday morning, met with Sergio and he explained all of the different types of mattresses. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Picked a mattress and he got it delivered that evening!Highly recommend dealing with Sergio at Sleep Factory! Thanks for the help!

Swung by to grab some pillows and walked away with a nice queen cooling bamboo memory foam firm mattress. It was a great purchase. Fantastic customer service. Even though it would have fit in my car, Sergio was kind enough to drop it off at my home for free. Great Customer service right through. Thank You!
