Love doing business with Scootz, have bought 2 refurbished and 2 new electric scooters from them. Very fast with repairs, very honest, reasonable pricing. All the staff are informative and nice.

5 star service and staff i couldnt ask for a better experience. I bought my daughter a quad and gear for her graduation present they had it ready to go the day after she graduated owner even delivered it they're the best place I've ever delt with couldn't be happier

Bought ATV tires for my lawn tractor through Scootz. Was impressed on how he took it apon himself to ensure that they were the right tires and went through the catalogue with me.Had the lawn tractor motor rebuilt through Scootz as well. Not an issue with it, runs top notch.

Bought a kids tao from there and ive had nothing but issues with it since the day I purchased. Asked owner for refund or a different bike and he said they could not do that as it’s registered to our name. Now 1 year later were still having the same issues and the bike is complete junk and wont run. Total waste of money. Will never deal with them or suggest them to anyone.

I bought a scooter and it ended up having a manufacturing issue. The part was taking forever to come in and they kept getting the just wait for it from the company. So the owner who did NOT have to do this gave me a brand new bike and will be taking my old one (not old only rode it for 2 weeks) and will have it fixed there. The customer service was great and he really went above an beyond.

Lack communication, doesn't respond at all. I've called for help to buy parts got nothing.sold me a great bike but then I was dirt and not worth helping I guess. I won't deal with these rude people again.

Great service - great people... I bought 2 e-bikes from Jay and Colleen. One for me and my wife. They were very knowledgeable and gave great advise on how to properly care for and maintain our bikes. They also have a nice variety of accessories for all types of outdoor recreational motor sports. I would recommend Scootz to any body looking for good quality e-bikes and scooters.

Out to lunch on there prices like alot of stores in the soo, save yourself some time and buy the same stuff off Amazon or online somewhere for a fraction of the price but if you don't mind wasting your money they do have alot of selection riding gear
