Very inflated prices. If they know you have insurance, they will try very hard to oversell. Customer service is poor. They are more interested in conveying that they know their stuff" and you don't instead of relating to the customer. My mom went many times to this store for mobility issues and was always dissatisfied with their service. I recently had to purchase a CPAP machine and equipment and also had poor service. They seem to simply be in the business of selling you overpriced merchandise and justifying it by babbling techno jargon and hoping you don't understand and will "trust" their knowledge. I for one am very knowledgeable and felt insulted by their attempt to oversell. Do your homework. Most items for sell there can be purchased at least at half the price on line (from reputable companies)."

Excellent service is always willing to work with customers I've been with them since it was Medicare way better now I have oxygen through them and they have been excellent with me no complaints at all very very good service thanks guys at motion free excellent service and your great help

I recently went to Motion with my elderly mother who needed to replace her old walker. This place was recommended by the occupational therapist who also suggested going through the ADP program. The staff was extremely friendly and very proficient in demonstrating the possible options. My mother felt very comfortable with the salesman as soon as he greeted us at the door. Although the process took several weeks, that was due to ensuring they had all required paperwork in order. They also volunteered to deliver the walker to my mom's retirement residence in order to save me a return trip from out of town. I would definitely recommend Motion.

I went into motion a few days ago to get items for my husband who has parkinsons disease they were quite busy and the lady at the front was helping another customer but acknowledged me as I entered excellent customer service. She was able to get me everything I needed and was able to suggest that we could get assistance from the government and how to go about doing it. Very good experience will be back for all my other needs.

I went to purchase a CPAP mask at your store. The rep said he would be there Friday. I showed up Friday, the rep was in Rockland , go figure. You just lost a sale MEDIchair. Hey, so what's one lost customer, big deal, right?
