The hostess was good but food wasn’t. Cleanliness was bad, there was spider web at our chair where we sat.We ordered chicken tenders, angry fries, parm chicken pasta.Chicken tenders and angry fries were okay 3/5The PARM chicken pasta was bad, pasta was over cooked and broken. Didn’t taste good either1/5

We had a party of 5 and spent $250. The service was good. The appetizers were yummy, most of the mains were good but the balsamic chicken which both my sister and I ordered was as tough as shoe leather. Not sure how you do that to a chicken. I’m not the best cook, but I’ve never made chicken this bad. We’ve ordered Kelsey’s balsamic chicken many, many times in many Kelsey’s including this one, but we haven’t been here in awhile. Not sure if the problem was with the chicken or the preparation, but not good.Update: I lowered the rating from a 3 to a 2 because the owner responded, asking me to fill out a survey and then I heard nothing further. What was the point? I see an owner who doesn’t stand by his product or care about his customers.

Enjoyed an impromptu lunch with my husband and daughter last week. Kathy at the Orangeville location was fantastic! Greeted us quickly and put our drink orders in shortly followed by lunch order all while not making us feel rushed. She was friendly and attentive but not pestering - again, didn't feel like we had to rush to eat. 1/2 price wings and boneless bites were great!

Enjoyed my time and experience , our server was… Maddi and Paige they were the best. They were very informative of the menu and food choices along with the drink menu. Thumbs up for them both I had a great time. Would recommend to anyone.

We ordered the warm spinach dip. It was delicious. So creamy and you have the option of adding more cheese and smokey bacon. The dipping bread was crunchy, light and soft all at the same time. A definite must try.

Excellent revamp.I had the spinach dip. 5/5, fried pita chips crispy.chicken tenders, crunchy and quite a few. I had the sea salt and pepper. I asked for ranch and was able to get some. Sour cream for baked potatoe was light and not very creamy. 4/5Funnel cake fries unbelievably good. Light, warm crispy. Vanilla ice cream. Lovely. 10/5Waitress Kathy, friendly and professional. 5/5

I always wanted to try deep fried mac and cheese but never had a chance until I visited Kelseys. I must say, the Mac and Cheese Amaze Balls were the yummiest. Everything we ordered was tasty.
