This move was excellent from beginning to completion! Jim came gave pricing so we didnt look elsewhere. Day before the move the office phoned and confirmed arrival.Guys arrived and worked very hard and were completely professional always!We dont plan to move again but if we did we would DEFINITELY call Capital!

We recently used Capital Movers Trenton for a move across several provinces. Scott Kelly provided attentive, concise service and advice when quoting our move. He was thorough in his quote and ensured we understood the process and patiently answered our many, many questions (this was our first big move). The move was on time, efficient, and given some of the challenges that could have arisen when travelling during border shut downs, pickup and delivery was smooth. Our quote was extremely accurate and we are very pleased with our move! We will recommend Scott Kelly to our friends, family and colleagues.

The Kinsmen Club of Trenton hold an Annual Toy Drive. We look for donations from local businesses to buy toys for Christmas for young children. In this case, Scott Kelly; a former Kinsmen, and part of the staff; gave us 1000 paper bags. Why? You ask. We use the bags to put all the toys and crafts in for each child. As we look after 4-500 children each year; 1000 bags will come in handy. Thanks Scotty and staff. Bob Mitts, Kinsmen Club of Trenton president.

My experience with Capital Movers & Storage was excellent. I did a virtual walkthrough with Dustin and the quote he developed was almost bang on (the actual cost came in slightly below the estimate). The movers showed up on time and did an amazing job moving my belongings on a very cold day. They were friendly and professional throughout the entire job. Some of my belongings are now in storage with Capital and I have complete confidence that they are safe until I need them!

Terrible movers! 14 1/2 hrs over 2 days. Lost and broken items, movers had no experience and were under manned for the job, then added $1100 on an already over priced move.Did not get back to me to review or arrange a claim. So frustrating!
