Food here was really good. Service was good as well. If you are craving Korean food, this is the spot to go to (whether you live in Kelowna or are just passing thru). We will definitely be back in the future.

Finally, a Korean eatery opened in my neighbourhood! This was my first visit of many to come. I ordered the Dolsot" Bibimbap for lunch which is served in a stone bowl to keep the rice nice and hot. Mix it well and add lots of sweet red pepper paste if you need spice in your life. Boneless chicken appy was nice to share. The interior is designed with an open kitchen and the service is friendly and efficient. I want to return at night to enjoy some Asahi draft with some tasty chicken and sides."

I've been a regular at this restaurant for a while now. The new location, now run by their daughter I believe, is definitely an improvement with a more modern atmosphere that appeals to younger diners compared to the old one at downtown. The food is delicious, no complaints there. However, the service can be a hit or miss. 8/10 times the server gave us side-eyes or an unenthusiastic attitude. This has been a common complaint among other customers as well. While I appreciate the improvements made to the restaurant, I believe customer service is just as important as the food. I also don’t like the fact that they don’t serve complimentary side dishes like traditional Korean restaurants? I remember back in the days at the old restaurant they made really great side dishes and the sweet couple always smiled and welcomed us.

In general, Kimbap was a great experience for me. The service was outstanding, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was delicious and authentic. Anyone looking for a taste of Korean cuisine in Kelowna, Canada should definitely check out this restaurant, in my opinion. You won't be let down!

Food was sooooOoOO good! Service was awesome and server advised a level 2 spice was a good intro - she was right! The 2 felt more like a 3.5 outta 4. All the dishes were excellent!

Quick fast service, loved the pina colada smoothies!! I love smoothies so i was very happy they soled smoothies along with sushi i got tempera udon bowl and i loved it

I've already eaten here a half dozen times since they opened, have tried something new every time and haven't been disappointed once. Everything is made with fresh ingredients with authentic flavours. Cindy has been so kind and great at giving recommendations.I love their Korean Fried chicken with tteokbokki, spicy Salmon and dynamite rolls, and the pork bone soup. I'm salivating just thinking about it. There's a dish for every mood and you can't go wrong because they're all so good!!

DO NOT EXPECT SMILE! the atmosphere of this restaurant so cold and heavy. They make customer feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable with no greeting, no smile but arrogant faces and staring. Not only the server but the manager and the owners in the kitchen. Hope they read all reviews here and would know why they didn't get much tip today! Plus, the restaurant isn't run by Korean.

Ordered a number of dishes from this place. Tried Spicy Fried Chicken, Sushi Rolls (4 kinds) and Dumplings. All were good. Yam roll was hot and fresh however have had better so I feel that could be improved. No fresh mango in mango roll instead they use puree. I would rather expect fresh mango and service really lacked. It wasn't upto the mark. Chicken Teriyaki roll was ok too but ambience was good. Will definitely visit again and try more new dishes.Visited again and tried new dishes. I highly recommend Chicken Fried Rice, it doesn't look pretty but it tasted authentic. Wonton soup was also good and a good bang for your buck. I also tried 2 new rolls, shitake and sweet potato, both were yummy. Service for a change was good. Recommended!
