Great place to party! Awesome music...great atmosphere.

Poor interior, chandeliers from 80s, no neons lamps or disco balls. Music mostly R&B, very boring. Not many mixed drinks available, no rum/cola. Anyway had fun with friends but a bit disappointing. Probably will not come back

best spot for a more mature crowd. The renovations look so good and you'll feel really good about getting dressed up and going dancing... especially if you're 30+ years old. Uptown waterloo really needed this.

Loved the vibe. Unlike the other clubs in the region, the crowd is mixed, and not filled with the young and dumb crowd.

I hosted a bachelorette party here last night. I admit I was worried about clubbing in Waterloo since we're all in our 30's and the last time I was out it was all 19yr olds. Despite my reservations, I had heard Room 47 was great so after the dinner and comedy show part of the evening, I had the limo drop us off here while I said a prayer.I knew from the minute we walked in that it was gonna be amazing!! Karina (spelling?) Greeted us and was fantastic and super helpful. We got a booth and decided on bottle service for our group. The service was incredible and they did so much to add a little something special. They brought out the first bottle all lit up, waving a light up sign congratulating the bride, and even popped confetti.The crowd was super diverse and high energy. The music was amazing. I could go on and on.Our server was Sophia. She could teach a master class in customer service. I didn't know what to expect or what our options were, but Sophia was on it and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed and beyond.The bartender, whose name I have forgotten was also excellent.Our entire group closed out the night. Most of the time I've been out, there's always someone needing to leave early, or calling the night off early once the vibe has died.We went hard until just past 2am. The bride, who I clubbed with often in our younger years, was blown away. All morning I've been getting text messages from attendees about the night and how incredible it was.Super huge thank you to everyone at Room 47 for everything. It was truly a night to remember. Many happy memories were made. ❤️We will definitely be back.
