Monika is an absolutely an amazing lady to work with. I had a bad experience with a previous jeweler that I went to for my engagement ring. The previous jeweler was unable to fix my faulty ring after numerous visits. I was absolutely devastated and frustrated. I contacted Monika to get my engagement ring remade with her. I wanted to close the chapter with the previous jeweler and start anew. I didn't want to contact the previous jeweler anymore at the time. Monika encouraged me to express my discontent with the previous jeweler, before getting my ring remade with her, because I would be happier. I followed Monika's recommendation and I was elated to get my setting reimbursed from the previous jeweler. If not for Monika, I would not have at least gotten reimbursement for the setting that I returned. Monika went above and beyond to make me happy and always provided support whenever I needed it.Monika was compassionate, kind and honest. She was responsive to my emails/texts. I got my ring remade with her and it's 10000000x better than the previous ring that I had. She's meticulous with every single detail of the ring. She is knowledgeable and she provided education about the different golds vs platinum. She also ensured that the engagement ring was completed in time for my photoshoot. My engagement ring is absolutely beautiful, simple and of high quality. I highly recommend Monika for any custom made jewelry. I will definitely be going back for wedding bands. I’ve been delaying getting my engagement ring cleaned and appraised because I was nervous to let it out of my sight. However my ring recently experienced significant damage so I needed to get it fixed to even make it wearable. I searched the internet and saw the amazing reviews for LL Private Jewellers and made an appointment.Right away Monika put me at ease. It became apparent that I would need to leave my ring to get it fixed, and Monika was so understanding and reassuring. She had me take a video of my ring before I handed it to her, and promised to treat it as her own. Although I hadn’t planned on it, she arranged to have it appraised while they had it, so I was able to get that done at the same time. And of course, they cleaned it, checked and tightened all the settings and replaced a missing diamond.It took a week, and I was shown my ring under a microscope to see the GIA inscription on the diamond, to confirm that it hadn’t been switched out. My ring looks brand new and the cost was very reasonable. Above all, Monika made a very stressful experience much more tolerable. All the positive reviews are true.
