Worst restaurant ever. The waitress had the guts to say that don't come here ever if you, cant afford good tips. On the other hand, the service that they provide was very bad. The frieses were burnt. There were no paper napkins, they serve warm beer in a plastic glass. No menu for beer, or beverages. The food was worst.There are other pubs nearby. Please try them first.Below are the pictures of some service we received and they expect to give them 20% of tip for a 100$ bill that we did in 45 minutes.Not at all Recommended.

Came here a few days ago. Some Asian idiot was turning everyone away saying it was a private party even tho they can’t do that. Server wasn’t doing anything about it. Not a great place to go

Had a very unpleasant experience at West End Pub yesterday (September 7th 2022). We sat on the patio and got our cold beer, ordered an appetizer and nachos. Appetizer came right away (spring rolls) and we were later given a poutine when we ordered the nachos. Our waitress sent it back but not informing us if the nachos were coming. We waited 30 minutes for these nachos to come out only to be more disappointed. The nachos were barely covered with cheese and when we dug around - the cheese wasn’t even melted in the middle.We left hungry and will not return.Beer 10/10Food 3/10Service 4/10

To start with we went in a group of 8 and no one guided us where to sit. Someone was kind enough to give their seats. Pathetic burger and overall food experience. Don't even try. To add to my bad experience the hostess spilled ketchup on me. Wouldn't recommend this place at all! I wish I could give a half star!

Amazing place and vibe. Easy going and cozy environment along with excellent staff. Patron's are all nice and cheerful. Good food, cold beer, good music, i love it all!!
