We ordered some Blizzards treats, ice cream and smoothly rhat all served in perfect condition. The sitting area was spacious and comfortable. Restroom's cleanness need to be more considered.There is a drove thru and many parking lots.

We went through drive thru for an early dinner. Our fries were SO SALTY we couldn’t eat them, worse than McDonalds. We are still hungry, since we threw half of our dinner in the garbage.

Chicken strip value meal is not really a value with the tiny pieces of chicken and the few fries that were in the 2 boxes ordered. Asked for sweet and sour dipping sauce for both. Got BBQ dipping sauce. Asked for ketchup. No ketchup.

I guess one of the cashiers screwed up a till entry? I watched the owner and manager question and lecture her for over fifteen minutes in the dining area about it. Over like three bucks.And then they wonder why they can't keep staff.

Seriously the last time I’ll go to this location. 25 minutes at the drive thru for 5 vehicles. Just to get to the window and they don’t have my order entered. Wait at the window for 5 minutes and then they ask me to wait another 10 minutes in a stall for the meal. This place has been the worst and it isn’t getting any better. Management is horrendous.

There was a delay when we were trying to order. The manager gave us bigger sizes in everything we got. We didn’t even complain he just did it to be nice.

Super helpful staff. I wasn't aware they stocked a Dairy Free Dilly Bar option. It is also gluten free and vegan. Made of creamed coconut milk. I am excited that I can enjoy a frozen treat with my family now too.

I appreciated they were willing to make a Chocolate Cherry Blizzard eventhough it wasn't on the menu anymore. Both our blizzards were okay but mine didn't have much chocolate.I asked for a teaspoon amount of just ice cream for our cat, and was willing to pay the existing 99 cent addition charge or something. However the guy insisted the only way I could get any ice cream was to buy the $2 child's cone. As the cat doesn't eat much when travelling I wanted to treat him so I bought it. As expected he was only able to eat a teaspoon amount and we threw out the rest. I won't stop there again.

We were today at 1 PM in the DQ and wanted to order 4 different burgers, we only got 2 because the others were probably sold out.This is the 2nd time today that DQ some burger varieties no longer had.The burgers and fries were horrible. Way too expensive for such a bad meal.

They actually serve the blizzards upside down!!!!!We live in surrey bc, and they NEVER do it. My kids were shocked when they handed them upside down.Pretty funnyBut makes you miss the good old days when all dqs did this.
