Washworld Car Wash - Richmond

I read the reviews and paid for the extra super ultra better +polish wash... totally worthless!! you better splash your car with a toy water gun than pay 25$ just to have you car dripping dirt. DO NOT COME HERE!

Only one car wash was open, we all sat here stuck for over an hour in line. No attendant on duty to help anyone. No signs indicating one car wash was broken. I called head office and the man on the phone was incredibly short tempered and rude. I’m not coming back here.

This place is average. Why? Well, it has good pricing and modern machinery thus the 3 stars - when working properly* but I have to bring a towel to dry the car *after* driving it through the dryer, every time. Secondly, the staff rarely speak english and are rarely there and rarely paying attention or helping. . When you run into issues, nobody will help resolve them. So, I would recommend eye-balling the line-up before entering. There are other options not too far away (Petrocan on Granville)

Update: Thomas the accountant and Saran the owner had promised a full refund for what happened below. I have waited more than 2 wks and still no refund.Saran, the owner, was extremely rude, and refused all responsibility. I have received refund from CIBC (my bank) after refuting the charge. Do NOT come here!The car wash worked for the previous car so I paid for my Premium car wash ($24) and drove into station #1. The machine sprayed the car wash over my car, then stopped working. I initially thought it was giving time for the cleaning substance to work... so I waited for 5-10 mins inside the wash. The machine never restarted so I tried calling and left a voicemail for the operator. The car behind me tried to ask for help at the self service machine. It never worked again so I had to leave the car wash with just soap all over my car..... I just used my wipers so I could drive safely. I needed to pay for another car wash just to use this mess off my car.

Total scam! After paying $15 for the car wash, the machine just keep saying “please wait until the wash bay is empty” while there is no car in the car wash at all! Tried to contact them via phone, no one picks up the call!

Absolutely horrible experience, the acidic soap permanently stained my paint and ruined my car. It tore my license plate frame and bent the license plate. Multiple paint chips across the car and the rear bumper looks like you poured straight acid onto the car.

Complete waste of time. Paid for their $17 better" touchless wash which didn't clean my car at all

Wouldn’t give a star if google allows zero star for this review. A $14 car wash is not even wash my windshield clean. Multiple dirty water drops that can be easily cleaned by a simple swipe with towel.So disappointed and super unworthy.Don’t wast your money here!

Worst car wash. Just paid $15 for a touch less wash and my car came out super dirty still. It was just a pressure washer with water and no soap. Waste money.

I've been here twice and both times my car was still dirty after the mid-priced option. Most gas station car washes provide a better result.
