I highly recommend Club Cat Hotel. We recently had our two cats stay there & Brenda was amazing, a real life saver. We got to enjoy our vacation stress free, while she took really good care of our kitties. One of our cats needed medication twice a day, and Brenda is a pro at giving medication to pets. They were in great hands at Club Cat and we look forward to using her services again.

My wife and I went away for our anniversary for the weekend and had discovered the club cat hotel via Google search. We browsed the website and read all the reviews. Everything seemed to be in ship shape order. Before we booked, my wife and I visited the hotel to ensure the conditions matched the website and we were blown away! Thoroughly impressed with the quality and attention to detail in the aesthetics!Brenda herself was very friendly and quick to respond via email. We had our 2 elder cats stay there in 2 seperate rooms. One cat was Casper. An 18 year male old black cat. Friendly old boy but going blind and deaf. He had also been suffering from severe constipation for years at that point. I told them this via email. I ensured I would provide pre portioned meals that includes his fiber additive. The second cat was Yoshi. A 10 year old male black cat. He was also a very friendly boy but had suffered from urine crystals in the past that resulted in an emergency vet visit. After that scare we had strictly followed a high added water wet food only diet to keep him peeing and happy. This was also told in the emails. I ensured them that I would provide pre portioned meals for his too that includes the added water. Due to their health issues, when I dropped them off I set each of their rooms up with their own litters and fresh waters. I told them their food is labeled and pre portioned in my lunch bag and would need to be refrigerated.My wife and I were back in the area earlier than anticipated so I emailed Brenda about picking the boys up early. I received an email confirming it was ok, although they seemed reluctant. We arrived and we waited for a few minutes. After not being greeted I phoned. The woman who answered seemed surprised I was there. She was still in her pjs and I felt a bit bad. When we went into the hotel area I noticed my lunch bag sitting exactly where I left it 3 days prior. I didn't want to appear rude by opening it up right there so we brought it into the truck. As we gathered their food and water dishes we noticed they were both fed dry food. My wife asked about it and she was told she fed them the iams we left. She said we didn't leave iams because we don't feed them dry food. We didn't confront her about it and just took them home.We were both actually pretty upset about this. Their particular diet WAS discussed previously. I informed them of the pre labeled foods and everything. A few days after that weekend Casper suffered from severe constipation from the dry food and lack of required daily fiber. He puked form straining and was in great discomfort from this mistake. Yoshi gained some weight from the dry food given but no serious issues arose. That's not the point though. Even if we did feed them dry food. It certainly wouldn't be iams with their health issues.While we were very excited to find this service and very impressed with the state of the hotel, we won't be a return guest because of the inability to provide the food our 2 senior cats required and that I portioned and labeled to make it as easy as possible.

My cat was there 9 days, lost 1.5 pounds and had to have emergency surgery after pickup. Staff were advised to watch for him getting his collar in mouth. Message not passed on. Collar over teeth on pickup & didn't breakaway. Flesh worn down to bone & not noticed (took more than an hour for something like that to occur, yet was told he'd been seen & picked up an hour prior??). Credit is that they picked up the cost of the surgery. Also to note- the outdoor space (where litter box is) is not available full-time, only for periods that they open door & allow access. So, if kitty has to go when they are locked in, they have to go in the place where they live & sleep. Perhaps only my experience, but cat very traumatized. Would add a photo of damage to cats jaw, but don't see way to do that. Not a pretty picture anyhow!!

Brenda is a fantastic caretaker of cats. She has setup a great little group of cat apartments, complete with outdoor enclosed patios for each cat! I'm pretty sure our cat didn't enjoy coming home cause she no longer had outdoor access 24/7 - what a diva! I have been taking my cats to Brenda for nearly 10 years and I will continue to do so until she no longer offers cat hotel.
