New Island Sushi
love this place and the people. the menu is super versatile and the sushi options are quite different from one another. the fried stuff also have multiple options which is sometimes rare to see. misu soup is delicious too. one thing to watch out for it that the cheese wonton is not vegetarian, it has pork inside which could be a wide known fact in asian cousin but i sadly didn’t know. price is sooooo good especially that it’s an all you can eat and it is sushi which is on the higher end of foods.

Great food and very fast service. Plugged my Tesla in and walked two minutes to this location. Ordered, ate, paid, and made it back to my car just as it finished its 25 min charge.

New Island Sushi
I have been coming to New island sushi around 10 years, food has been fresh all the time. Today I went to the new location with my wife, and the middle age guy stands at the front counter with a White Hat and Glasses, he is Rude. He was lazy and didn’t want to sit us at a table, made us wait 10 mins (when there were a lot tables available). He threw us (also to the other customers who walked in around the same time) an attitude.I gave a 5 star because I like this place, the food and staff , BUT for the guy today I wish there’s a separate option I can rate him a Zero.Other than this guy, I still recommend everyone to go try this place very consistent good taste sushi.

The new ordering system makes the all you can eat so easy!!!! And $30 for all you can eat Sushi is legendary!!!! Only surpassed by their $20 all-you-can-eat sushi lunch special!

this place was not good, I’d put 0 stars if that was an option the costumer service was horrible one girl just came and threw the food down in front of us they said it was an “all you can eat buffet” but you have to finish everything in front of you or they charge extra after my mom spent $60 there for two people and half the food ended up in my bag because it was un-edible and after we left we ended up going to McDonald’s because we were still hungry on top of all that their online menu is very different from what they have online for example on the line the mango salad has real mango but at the restaurant it was just chopped lettuce with little orange pieces (we didn’t know what they were) While we were at the cash register paying we told the lady at the front that our experience was bad and she just ignored the whole thing if you want good food go to Go for sushi or Fuh station 2 the sushi I get from Sobeys is 10x better then this place don’t go by the pictures online because they’re deceiving

Definitely my favorite of theall-you-can-eat sushi options in town. I love that they are constantly changing the menu and adding new items. They were out of the pumpkin this time, but it's on my must try list next visit!Service is always quick and friendly. Sushi fresh. And the fish tastes like it should!

Don’t get me wrong, i’ve loved coming here. They do not wash cups on refills. Our groups cups got all mixed up and they were not washed at all. Leaves a sour taste in your mouth. Just because you provide straws does not make it okay to switch and swap cups without washing. Pretty certain this is a healthcode violation, but don’t quote meThe Quebec ave location uses cans, so no worries on the second address

I went for all you can eat sushi. If you're wanting a lot of sushi its great! If you're wanting higher quality sushi go elsewhere. I found it a reasonable price for all you can eat during the lunch hours. Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was large and clean. I quite enjoyed the throwback pop hits playing as added to the ambiance.

Great Japanese restaurant that offers both AYCE and à la carte options. I went for AYCE, and given the price, I was satisfied with the selection and quality of the food. Aside from rolls, there was a good variety of sashimi and other items. The mango salad was really good, and they have a large assortment of tempura options. For dessert, I would recommend the fried milk and fried banana. The only downside was the strange wait upon arrival, even though there were empty tables; but once the servers came, they were all nice. There was one female server in particular whom I would like to compliment; she took her time explaning to us how the system worked and checked in with us during the meal. Definitely a higher level of service than what I would expect at an AYCE/buffet place. Kudos to her!
