Were vacationing, very new to the area. The employee behind the counter was more interested in engaging in conversation with another employee about personal friend's activities. She offered no help whatsoever and questions were answered vaguely and in an unfriendly fashion. Customer service training needed badly especially being close to Rock Glen potential customers. We wandered (lost) down Townsend Line into Forest to the Canadian Tire where the customer service was amazing. Advice - don't stop in Arkona - keep driving down the road - Forest is just minutes away. We let others know at the resort about the bad service.
