Unfortunately, you are the worst Honda service experience that I ever seen. I will mention a few problems here.Waited for two weeks for an appointment which my car needed an urgent repair. I understand your are fully booked up. When I bring my car, I didn’t even know that you could call an uber (up to 10 km) for me. You should have mentioned that before I arrive there. Cuz I called my brother and he drove 40 minutes to pick me up. You wasted two peoples’ time.You charged from people really crazy amounts of money for inspections to find about the problems. Then what?? Let me tell you what!You don’t have enough parts in your inventory. My car 2017 Civic. You told me after inspection $300 part was under warranty. Then, the mechanic found another problem which was $1700 and it was not covered by warranty ( cuz too expensive;) then what?You told me, wait time 1 or 1,5 month for those parts. How am I supposed to go work every day?I didn’t wanna wait for more than one month wait time. I canceled everything. Then, they bring the bill on the table! It was a big surprise for me. They gave me $622 bill for doing nothing (including the warranty part cost $300) They said oil changed, breaks checked, etc. (Standard inspection). If you cancel your procedure, they will charge from you even the warranty parts costs! Then why are you saying warranty?Check my profile, how many other honda service got excellent reviews from me. You don’t deserve a penny and a praise!Well good luck people who drop off their car Excel Honda.

I had a great experience at Excel Honda. The whole process was very smooth. Tanya made all the arrangements, and Darnel followed my case all the time, was very upfront about my options for car repair, provided me with updates along the way, and ensured I was satisfied with the outcome. Despite the fact that they are super busy, you could see an attitude of doing what’s right for the customer, not just what’s fast or expedient. Very professional. I will certainly go back for my future maintenance needs, and I strongly recommend them.

Absolute horrible experience for a service recall appointment that I made two weeks in advance. I went in for a service recall regarding rear frame corrosion for my 3rd gen Honda CR-V on May 19th, 2023. 10 am the same day left my CR-V at the shop, assuming the fix (if needed) would be done within the day. I was informed by my service adviser, Nicholas Kiszczuk, that there were 3 possible scenarios with regard to the recall. OPTION 1: Inspection shows little to no rear frame corrosion and, thus, requires no subsequent repair (car returned same day); OPTION 2: Inspection shows some to substantive rear frame corrosion and, thus, requires support braces to be installed (may be within the same day or require few additional days if parts aren't at the service centre), or OPTION 3: Inspection shows significant to detrimental rear frame corrosion which means a fix would not possible therefore requiring Honda Canada to offer a forced buyout which isn't optional since the car would no longer be deemed roadworthy". After hearing my options I inquired with Nicholas if I would be covered with a vehicle loaner/rental if my inspection fell under OPTION 2 and had to wait a few days due to unavailability of parts. Nicholas informs me that I would only qualify for a free loaner temporarily (until a buyout cheque arrives) if Honda offered the buyout under OPTION 3. Therefore
