The worst customer service and cheapest quality products ever!!! I bought over $30000 worth of machinery from this company and went there personally to order the items. Not only was the products bad, but also their customer service was garbage. The moment I got the machinery, the finishing part didn't work and I called them numerous times to come and repair. They kept postponing and never showed! I texted and emailed patrick so many times with no response. My business (millwood shoe Repair) was down for this reason. I do not recommend buying your shoe repair machinery from here! I would give them no stars if this was possible. Worst experience ever!
