Sylvie has literally changed my perspective on trips to the dentist. I would avoid the dentist for years because of bad experiences in the past. Now, I look forward to going to see her every time! it’s more than just teeth cleaning, I always come out feeling so good afterwards. She’s so kind and keeps her patients comfortable and at ease. Excellent cleaning experience. Had been visiting the same downtown dental office for 15yrs. Was always satisfied with the service but it had become inconvenient. Had heard good things about Image Dental and it is much closer to my place. VERY happy I decided to give them a try. I’ll be back.

As a new patient at Image dental, I found everyone so welcoming and kind-hearted. I hadn’t visited a dentist in many years, but I didn’t feel judged, nor shamed for this. My hygienist Michelle was amazing and provided excellent information about home care, as well as her findings during my scaling. She was very gentle, yet effective and I had no pain whatsoever. Dr. Lafontaine is such a kind man, with exceptional chair-side manner. He took his time to show, and explain in detail the findings of my X-rays. I feel very fortunate to now be under his care. I can’t thank Dr. Lafontaine and the whole staff enough for a great 1st appt.

Great place at the beginning but eventually my hygienist started being disrespectful towards French people while working on me. I myself, being French just felt super uncomfortable and didn't enjoy going in afterwards.
