I have been a Jim’s customer for 10+ years. Over the years, I’ve had multiple franchisees service my property without issue.This year, I got to meet a new franchise owner (Ricky) who without reservations provided service that well exceeded my expectations.I had my cedars and shrubs trimmed and shaped along with light weeding through-out the garden rocks on my property. Ricky and team went the extra mile to clean and wrap-up their services with me. A huge shout-out to Ricky!Keep up the amazing work and I look forward to seeing you service my property in the future!

We got some paving stones installed along our driveway bed and some landscaping to create a gentle ramp onto our lawn from a walkway.The paving stones were really hard to match. Craig and Susanna looked all over and eventually found something suitable. The crew arrived on time for the job and everything went smoothly. The crews were professional, the work was neat and tidy and they did a thorough cleanup.There was good communication throughout the project and it stayed on budget. We would happily use them again for any jobs we have in the future.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Ken Douglas, he was extremely rude and short with me and my family. It felt like he was belittling us just because we asked questions. The service was extremely subpar, combined with the cost of the service, lack of professionalism, and upright rudeness I recommend everyone to steer clear. At least from the service tech Ken Douglas.

One of the best decisions I've made is to hire Jim's Mowing. Not only is Ricky professional with his work, he is attentive, compassionate, and thoughtful for the service he provides. We recently have Ricky's help for a garden clean-up project and wow the result is transformative.Very grateful for Ricky and his team's work as they truly care about their customers' needs.
