Hudson's Bay
Trying to call them for a simple question is impossible and a joke. The customer service line is always busy or even unreachable with no way to be even on hold. Fine, called the watch department for the same simple question and it has been ringing for 25mins now with no answer. How does a place like the bay which is famous and a big company not have the means to provide customers a way to speak to them without having to go down there. Its just one question!This is a joke, and it leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

A big department store that offers many brands in one single ideal place. Perfumes, accessories, watches, handbags, clothes, dresses, shoes, furniture, kitchen stuff, etc. I enjoyed shopping here.

My cold cut sandwhich was great!My partner got the Porchetta and it was ok.Apparently the pork tasted old then later on he had stomach pains.Cannolis were good.

I’d like to mention about ALINE at women’s shoes for her exceptional services. The Bay Montreal is certainly fortunate to have some one like ALINE to serve it’s customers. She is really quick and gives all the required explanation. Definitely, one of the most efficient and reliable customer service professional that I have ever come across.

Do not buy online from them, I got my package stolen because the delivery guy decided to live it in a non safe place, I have been fighting with them for 2 week now to get my money back. Every time I talk with them they say will be in touch in 48h, now they are telling me to call the police like the cop can somehow find my package. I have never seen this before it there responsibility to make sure I get my package.

Never received my package. After calling 3 times and after 1 week they sent me a picture with no name, no address and no logo telling me it would be my package and that they will do nothing about it! I receive packages from Amazon weekly and I've never had problems. It would be a Xmas gift and besides I lost $140. They deal with negligent cheap delivery services. Think twice before buying online from them. Customer service is a big ZERO.

Hudson’s Bay has everything you need from clothing to furniture, decor, small appliances, children items, holiday items, and more. It is reliable for most needs and occasions. It is a very big store on multiple levels. It is accessible as it has escalators as well as elevators. For the most part, there are signs so you can more easily find what you are looking for (at least the floor number). Unfortunately, the service is less than adequate, especially Monday-Friday. Not all check out registers and changing rooms are open, or there is a long wait for a worker to come. Some of the departments are very disorganized, especially the clothing sections. The prices range, but there are often sales and benefits if you become a member of The Bay.
