I'm in town for the weekend and found myself in need of tires. Kal tire was able to get me in right away and gave me an awesome deal on some great tires. They discovered an issue with my tie rods. Again they fit me in on a busy weekend so that I can go home on Monday. Thanks for being so accommodating. Friendly proffessional service. Much appreciated.

If I could give a sixteenth of a star I would, like Kal Tire are you kidding me. I wait all day for rear brakes and rotate and balance and then the bill just about floored me, but I waited since 8 a m til 2:20 p.m., to have this pathetic service. One customer you will never see again.!!!!!! I see the owner replied that I received a full refund, well that's absolutely untrue!!!!

Terrible service. Went in for a brake replacement and they botched it up. Had to go back 6 times due to squeaky burning brakes after they replaced the pads and rotors. They don’t know how to work on anything other than a truck. Decent with tires but won’t go back for any servicing.

I went here today Feb 16 2023 to get my oil changed, and they could not even do this correctly, I was charged $191.25 and after getting back to work and reviewing my invoice found I was double charged for engine oil. I then popped the hood on my car and inspected it to find oil slopped over the intake and A/C lines coolant reservoir over filled with incorrect coolant, and my engine oil over filled by a significant amount. I phoned them and told them my findings, they refunded me the double charge on the oil, the tech after talking with him could not tell the difference between a low coolant light which my car does not have and a cold coolant temp light and cross contaminated my coolant because he thought my coolant level was low even though the level was correct. I then had to wait around 45 mins wasting the rest of my lunch break and plus some for them to try and fix there mistake, draining the excess oil, removing the excess coolant and cleaning the oil off my car's engine. I felt lake asking them to take 45 mins of shop time off my bill but I needed to get back to work. When I got my keys back and headed back to work, once I parked I popped the hood again to double check everything again and found oil still covering my engine's intake manifold. Would highly recommend not going here for even the simplest of things for your vehicle as it was not worth the $137 to get a oil change done incorrectly.

Excellent service! We had a rental car with insurance and weren't sure what to charge and how to fix the engine. It turned out to be a simple repair, and the employee even filled the engine coolant tank while explaining how it worked!Thank you so much!

The team managed to do the impossible for me. Find the last 4 tires for my Smart Car in Canada. They went above and beyond to get my kid's car safely outfitted with proper winters and back on the road.Fantastic service and good people here!

Broke 2 studs on front wheel hitting a pothole travelling through Kamloops. Keenan ordered parts and had me back on the road in an hour and a half squeezing me in between a fully booked shop. So grateful!! Thanks Kal Tire! Appreciate the great service!!

Good service if you need to get your tires swapped but they sadly aren't honest regarding work supposedly needed on your vehicle. I went in to get my tires switched over and was told that my front brakes needed to be changed ASAP since the pads were too thin (3mm). I went to get a second opinion and was told that my front brakes still had 50-60% of life left in them which saved me upwards of $400. I would highly suggest getting a second opinion from a local mechanic before allowing them to work on your vehicle.

Dillon got us in right away during a snowstorm Dec.17. Excellent customer service. We were able to have our little dog inside and the hot chocolate was amazing ! Great job Kal Tire team.

I went to get my new tires put on today, unfortunately there was a bit of an inventory error and they couldn't supply the quoted tires, however Cass at the front desk was willing to work with me. She ensured I still got into a set of equal/better winters that I found satisfactory for the same price as the original tires quoted. I very much appreciated the professional yet friendly service at this location.(This is my second visit to this location... the fist time this summer, they replaced a tire on my trailer) They made time to fit me in without an apointment, on short notice. I chatted with an obviously busy manager who still made time for me, and an employee that day. Both were subject matter experts and I had no doubts about the quality of work done.
