Had the tile I wanted, however, nobody attempted to assist me. Couldn’t help but feel that it was because I am a woman as every man who was there or entered after me was assisted by one of the (male) workers. I felt very uncomfortable and left after 15-20 minutes without ever being greeted with so much as a “hello”. Disappointed and I will be looking for a different tile store that sells the same tiles.

Great store - Staff are so, so helpful. They gave me great advice to be able to do my first tile project DIY and it turned out beautifully. Their selection is large but not overwhelming. Enthusiastically recommend.

Mario has a great eye for what will work with various colours and in different areas of your space. You can trust him - he will give you his expert opinion about types of tile and finishes for what you're going for- he's been in the business a long time and knows what he's talking about. As a second generation client of the Tile Center, I will undoubtedly purchase tile here again for my future flooring needs.

The best tile shop in Ottawa. I like the big box stores but the tile centre has a greater variety and a much more knowledgeable staff. They also cut tiles so you don't need to buy or rent a tile cutter.

Went to Tile Centre after visiting all of the other tile places in the city. Great selection of tiles and competitive pricing. The staff were all very friendly at this family run business. Tony in particular was very helpful and remembered us by name! Would definitely recommend getting your tiles from Tile Centre and we will definitely come back for any of our tiling needs.

Very poor customer service. Owners would rather chat with each other than help. And when they do offer help, it is rude and derogatory.
