Coming from Hwy 7 via corner McDonalds shipping docks are on the 1st entrance (shipping office). You can go around the back to the receiving docks from the parking lot. Sound level high inside the cold storage though, so thats why they come out as if shouting but not to offend. Great staff. In and out 1 hour.

Drivers stay awayfrom this place, only come if you get paid hourly.You have park on street, then check with shipping/receiving office and they will tell you to wait in your truck with no other information.My pick up appointment was at 04:00pm (which doesn’t mean anything here), got door at 12:00am and they finish loading at 03;15 am. No facilityWill never repeat this shipper. Bring your food with you if you still wanna waste your time without any compensation

One of the worst place for drivers .The supervisor or manager in the warehouse is super rude and always yelling on his workers . They don’t even deserve one star . Highway drivers please avoid this place for pickup or deliveries. Otherwise you will have a very bad day .

Worst place to pick loads for drivers. They will take around 8-10 hrs to load 20-25 skids. No option to give but they deserve 0 star.

Truck driverI don't know how to start this experience with this place. I don't know how to describe it because I have 1000 things to say. One comment I would like to explain is that on the paper the Reefer must be pre cooled on -10 F, and when I got there around 9:15 am, the receiving guy gave me the door. Then from 9:30 am, loading 16 skids, took until 5:00 pm. The reefer that was supposed to be on -10 F, after half an hour, it was running on +48 F. They were still running another several hours on +48 F, but nobody seemed to care. I went in there thousands of times and I asked the guys if they can open their cooler the next 7 hours, so it can run like my reefer. The people around me said that this is a place where it takes 5+ hours or loading, and thats normal there. I would like to say to other drivers to stay away from this company. The e-logs is a new rule, and time is running out. Terrible, terrible place to pick up the load. If I had the opportunity, I would give you 0 stars, and I really don't know why the owner doesn't care. One guy that was parked beside me, waited 2-3 hours, and just gave up and left because he waited for too long. APPOINTMENT TIME DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING. PRE-COOL ON -10 F MEANS NOTHING. IT WILL TURN INTO A HEATER INSIDE.Have a good day and I will never see your company again.
