We chose Artisan Roofing because we wanted professionals we could trust to install a new metal roof on the house we'd just purchased. Artisan Roofing appears to be pretty much the only game in town to present a professional front to potential customers. We met with their sales rep and he had all the right answers to our many questions. After deciding to do business with them they kept us informed every step of the way. On the day of their team showed up with no fuss or bother and performed the job with minimal disruption and maximum expertise. Their foreman was friendly, professional, and communicative. A gust of wind damaged our front railing; he had it replaced within days. There were a handful of spots on the roof we had questions about afterward, that had been covered by snow during their initial inspection. They got those sorted out right away. I would use one word to describe Artisan Roofing: Professional. If pressed to use more words, I would choose: expert, dependable, efficient, friendly, approachable, and gets the job done. Best of all, ,the roof looks terrific and I don't expect to have to think about it again for decades.

I needed a new roof late 2020. Started shopping around. Stressed, absolutely no idea about what I needed or who to hire. Artisan roofing was very responsive to answering all my questions no matter how small. Provided me a very clear detailed quote and followed up to help me out. The work crew arrived when they said they would, completed the work very fast and cleaned up before leaving. They even came back after to tidy up tiny missed details like edges.2+ years later and my new roof still looks great. Our original roof was installed 16 years ago. It was done on the cheap with one layer of cheap shingles for it was a new house and they just wanted a roof on it. Our area is very windy and within a few years some of the shingles started to blow off. Fast forward a few years and now we have gaps in the roof and water is leaking. Mistake one we went on Kijji and got a roofer to do some repairs. He did them with our old extra shingles and it looked good with pics and everything. So 200 dollars later the repairs are done. One wind storm with rain and the shingles are coming off. No recourse so now we call a roofing company to do repairs. Called and had an emergency repairs done for 250 dollars. They put plastic sheets over the gaps. Guess what first windy day and the sheets started to come off and flap in the wind. After researching and getting quotes and availability to do the work we picked Artisan Roofing. From the start Brad made you feel at ease and he wants to help you. The first thing that we discovered was that when we signed on to get it done was that they would repair the roof for free until the install. They were over in days and had the repairs done. Brad showed us the pictures of installation of other roofs he showed us what material was going to be used and explained the advantages that they sealed the nails so it avoided leaking. The day of installation the team appears early morning and work hard and get it done in one day. Plus they cleaned out our gutters for free. We have neighbours commented that the roof looks great. I cannot thank Brad and his team enough for what they did. Don’t waste your time and money looking for a cheap way to do it like we did. Go to Artisan Roofing first and get it done right the first time and save the stress.You will not be sorry.

We had a marvelous journey from start to finish.We received an estimate within days. It was a bulls eye.I had then a discussion with Julien who explained products, process and the what makes Artisan a leader in the market.We were very impressed!My questions, which I provided as a follow-up he was at ease responding to. He came to our house for the signature.We had been able to negotiate a special light grey shingle, that otherwise would have been a headache to get delivered.We also had a visit from Artisan to look at the work site, measure the velux and anticipate the job organisation.The team showed up early! We were much impressed by everyone's willingness to spend the extra effort and follow up on our requests and questions. Jason and Deven at several times were again there to answer all of our questions. All of the team members were helpful, responsive and very articulate.Every day the site was cleaned fully. The team worked hard, sometimes extra hours and on the weekend. The roof looks amazing. Neighbors literally lining up.Despite cold weather and a somewhat complex roof, the project was finished to our expectations and in good time. Noise levels were actually lower than expected.We had full trust in the team all the long, all promises actually were kept and even a small repair of flashing was carried out without problems. We were pleased that the team played it safe all the long. Even now we are amazed that we have a hard time even finding a single nail on the property.We were pleased to learn that there a francophones on the team and members living in our area.Kudos to the leader, Brad, who could assemble such a great team. We had many damaged shingles from wind on our newly purchased home. The house was only 9 years old but the shingles were good and the install worst. We contacted many local companies and Artisan was quick to respond and I was impressed with the professionalism throughout. The quote was detailed and Brad spoke with me about everything. They were patient with us navigating our options including financing. They moved things around in order to meet our other construction work as well. When the install day came, we were very happy with the crew on hand. They were a fast, efficient working team and got the job done great. Overall it was a bit more than some may want but the service was excellent, the finished product looks fantastic, and the Warranty was well worth it! I can honestly say I am not worried about the roof as long as I am living here! Finally thanks Brad, you were great to deal with man.

Brad and his team at Artisan Roofing were just amazing. Highly professional and knowledgeable. Very high quality work. I would recommend them anytime . One little point I would suggest is that they make sure that screws and little pieces of metal are well cleaned up after. Still 5 stars to me.

We had Artisan do the roof on our house first and then they replaced the roof on our garage which was destroyed by Fiona, they were always on time and very professional , would highly recommend them.
