Waited in line for 15 minutes to purchase bread and croissants. Not much selection for fresh bread on this particular morning. Croissants were tasty and the bread was okay but not worth the price or the wait.

The coffee was fine and the cinnamon roll was ok. The service was lacking significantly. I would not recommend with the other great options in town.

The sourdough loaves are really good here. I've enjoyed all the varieties I've tried (including various options with rye, such as Czech & Yukon). I also find the prices very reasonable for the quality and size. I have learned to expect the selection of breads to be slimmer as the day goes on (quite normal with quality bakeries).

Great baked goods in a cozy spot. Coffee only ok but it’ll do. They had loaves as well as super thin flaked puff pastry goods.

It’s small and trendy inside and it’s nice that it is not a chain. The espresso is also good. However, The pastries were dry and not flavourful, and nearing the pricy side (over $5.00). The sandwich was also just ok.e

The Uprising Bake Shop + Espresso Bar
Beautiful location and friendly service, but the quality of their goods is often disappointing. I am pretty sure they sell their day-old pastries as if they are fresh and I have often had baked goods in the morning that were stale and dry. For the prices they charge, it's quite sad.
