The store refused our returning products. They said if our products are bought online should return them by ourselves. But we’ve checked the return policy online. The policy shows we could definitely return them in store. Terrible customer service.

The sails women all the time that we was in the store spoke on the phone and even didn't come to us for help advising, so we don't know what kind and quality of bags are sailing in the store.
