BLI Montreal

I studied for 6 months (I paid in advance ☹) and this is my opinion: if your goal is to learn English this school is not for you, but if what you want to do is meet people from other Latin American countries this is your place.They promise that you will have a multicultural exchange that will help to strengthen your English level because it will be the only way of communication with people that don't speak Spanish. But it isn't true because you will have luck if there is a student who doesn't speak Spanish in your classroom. Furthermore, every two months groups of teenagers from Mexico arrive to do like a summer camp"

I went this school for about 4 month (12 weeks/ from April to August) to study English.First 3 months could be my best experience in a language school. Funny and attractive teachers helped me. I really enjoyed going to school everyday.However, the last month was a disaster. Summer coming and school got too many students (I guess more than 200) and many new teachers. In the last month, I felt the class wasn't organized well, and very boring. I know some students complained the directer, but it didn't change.I wished I had finished this school a month earlier! If I had, I would evaluate this school with 5 stars.So, what I mean is, this school is a good option, but you need to be careful about season. Don't go in summer!

I hesitated posting this review because my marketer at BLI was very kind, responsive and understanding. Also all of my teachers were generally nice people, but I felt compelled to share my overall experience to maybe save other students from potentially wasting their time.First this school is very disorganized. On my first day of class I was told to arrive to the school 1.5 hours early for an orientation to only discover that this did not apply to me, because I already took my placement test online.My first teacher was really intense. She would just talk non-stop, occasionally telling the students their french was too weak" and then scribble on a white board with handwriting that was completely unintelligible.There were no books or worksheets

Great language school with fantastic teacher and admin. It's very near the Old Port. One of their campus is a very short distance from the water. I would recommand.

An excellent place to learn and the facilities are very well equipped. Highly recommended.❤️❤️❤️

My experience at BLI was great. I studied English and French and I learned a lot. All the teachers i had were really caring and helped Me every time i had a problem. Special thanks to Sara and Yhania for always being supportive. I would definitely recommend.

I studied in BLI Montreal for 3 months and I improved my English a lot. The teachers are fantastic, super friendly and do everything to help you. The classes are interactive and they are never boring. I met many people from different countries and I was able to visit many places in Montreal in Canada. The activities after school are so much fun. I want to come back to BLI. Thank you to all the team for this great experience.

If you plan to study French or English in Canada, this is the perfect place to do it. It is centrally located in old Montreal. Montreal, being a rather bilingual city, you will be able to practice your French or your English. The staff is amazing, the teachers are dedicated and professional.

I can only say I love BLI! The Staff was so professional and helpful! The facility is clean and super centrally located. Being new in the area, I found it to be in the perfect location to go and explore after school. The teachers had fun activities and would sometimes go out, which I really enjoyed because we got to practice the language outside of the classroom. The methodology they use makes the learning process so smooth that you don’t even realize how much you are learning until you see yourself speaking in real life situations. I would definitely recommend the school to anyone who would like to learn French. Thank you Elodie and Elie for being there for all the students and for caring about us.I hope to see you back this summer
