Got home and opened the bag. Never saw a large frie so small. Whats the point of sizing up if we will be robbed of the difference.

They ALWAYS make a mistake and the service is sooooop slow!!! The owners and managers clearly don't investigate any time into training their staff - this place never improves with time - it gets progressively worse

Use the drive through primarily. Orders were often incomplete or wrong, but have improved in the last 8 months. Food sometimes look like were thrown together with little care.

The drive through is the worst! They do not alternate properly , had 4 cars pass before me in the mother lane only to get attitude when i mentioned that 4 cars went before me. When i asked to speak with the manager to suggest closing a lane if they are understaffed because its insulting to play whens my turn in a drive through, only to get a response that upper management wont allow and thats the way it is, Russian roulette when your going to be served. Bad management

The restaurant have no car in the drive thru with 3 clients inside, they forgot the sauce in the client order before me and they put vanilla flavor in my regular iced coffee... Not to mention the fact I eat breakfast at McDonald's everyday (I work on the road) and this one is by far the worst! I waited so long and there was no customers and 15 workers in the kitchen... If you can go anywhere else than this McDonald's please do

It's ridiculous but every time I order their cookies through DoorDash, I always select the options to refund the item or cancel the entire order, but instead of doing that, I keep receiving the wrong cookies. It's very frustrating and no matter how many time I complain, I can never get a proper refund through DoorDash and it's starting to feel very disrespectful. And it's far from the first event, instead of refunding items, cancelling orders, etc. They simply send you the wrong items or alternatives even if you select the option for a refunds or for the order to be cancelled.

They always miss the orders. Missing items add up. This time, a sandwich was missing from the order. Much better service at the one on Frechette.

Food was good. But to much concentration on drive through. Only one cash open and I had to wait a few minutes before I was even noticed. But overall pretty efficient and food was up quickly.

Always have to wait for my order. Never ready by the time you reach the drive through window.
