This place is absolutely amazing. Their drinks are incredible, the ramen is very tasty, and the staff is very friendly, not to mention thorough and helpful. I absolutely love boba and ramen, but I never wanted to travel to get it. Now, I have a shop that is absolutely amazing and reliable just around the corner! If you haven’t tried this place yet, you’re missing out!

I have visited this location twice now. My first visit I purchased 2 bowls of ramen flavour and portion size was good I ordered the large size but thought it was a little pricey($40). My second visit I ordered 3 drinks 2 mango slush and a strawberry slush. I was disappointed in the flavour or lack there of. I found the mango flavour very light and could mostly taste the ice and a bit of a chlorine taste not sure if it was from the ice or water they use. Overall it was nothing compared to other places I have gone. On a positive note the staff were extremely friendly.

Me and my wife got the taro milk tea and the passion fruit dri k with the popping pearls. Well made. Tastes great. Friendly staff. Clean place. Thank you. Nice store.

The service is so good. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Drinks were good. I wish they had a roasted milk tea, need an option with a deeper tea flavour. Can’t wait for them to introduce new milk tea flavours over time!

As soon as I found out there was a new bubble tea shop in town I literally had to go check it out.Kind of made the poor choice of going after work because it was soooooo busy.But honestly to me that is amazing, because it shows just how much we needed bubble tea in the area.We really enjoyed our order and it was definitely worth the wait. We plan to come back in the near future and are very excited for when they will also offer Ramen.Everyone in there was working hard, and they were all very kind.You could tell they had been working hard all day but the constant customers did not stop or slow them down, they really did an amazing job!Thank you guys so much! We definitely look forward to coming back!

Didn't have any milk bubble teas except brown sugar flavor. Usually you can order milk bubble tea with the pearls in various flavors. The staff were really friendly but could only offer green tea based juice bubble tea.Edit: none of the options gave a fruit flavored milk bubble tea like I've ordered at every other bubble tea place. The signature milk bubble tea doesn't come in different flavors. That is what the staff explained. They didn't even know what milk bubble was.

This place has been open for well over a month and the 2 drinks I ordered today were horrible.The mango green tea was more or less orange colored green tea with no mango flavoring whatsoever and the taro milk tea was basically purple milk. If you've had taro flavor before you know what to expect flavor wise.The staff possibly needs to have more training on how to mix the drinks correctly.Disappointing. Ill take the drive to Bradford for my next bubble tea.

Absolutely Incredible Staff!Every time I go to Hey Moo Moo the staff is always so welcoming and kind, they are very patient and always willing to answer any questions. This cafe has to be one of the most welcoming places in all of Keswick! I always love getting bubble tea after school or work and this has become one of my favourite places as of late. If you're looking for a chill place to hang out, whilst enjoying some fantastic bubble tea I definitely recommend Hey Moo Moo's!

Clean and aesthetic atmosphere. Beef ramen was simple and delicious. Honey peach green tea was good, and I am excited to try their soda series next time!

Hey Moo Moo is incredible! The perfect addition to the town. The staff is very kind and helpful. They will give you great recommendations if you ask or modify whatever you need. Considering how busy this place can get it's sad to see people complain about waiting. It's just something you have to do in life folks. Either way the drink is always worth the wait and the staff will hand you it with a smile. I'm so happy to have a bubble tea shop in town and cannot recommend this place enough.Very excited to try the ramen!
