Beautiful golf course, super interesting history. We stopped for a quick 18 holes here on our way home from our honeymoon in September 2021, just for the simple fact it was called Haunted Lakes and I love the paranormal. We were so pleasantly surprised and satisfied with the course we ended up going back in July 2022 and we'll probably come back every year! We haven't tried the camp grounds yet, but they look great and we'll probably camp there next year. :)

Solid 9 hole golf course. Some parts of the fairway can sometimes get water logged and swampy, and grass quality is sometimes just okay. But greens are always nice, carts are fast, tee boxes are good, and very nice looking course.

Alix has so many great places!Moon walkers for the Kids, a wonderful golf course, wonderful food (especially Jennies Pantry)and a great campground, Deer Valley Meadows.I recommend this as a great, inexpensive vacation site.

Inconsiderate and irresponsible. Our dog was bit by an unsupervised dog in the campground June 17. We didn't realize there was a gash until the morning and got back when the dog owner was gone. When I politely inquired at the front desk about campground or myself being able to contact the owners in an effort to prevent this from happening again to someone else, the woman at the front desk couldn't have cared less, which was very frustrating because this cost us $400 and a day with family from out of town. Stay clear of stalky, short-haired white and brown dog, maybe it's a regular visitor

Lovely little campground - especially if you golf. Beautiful sunsets. Clubhouse has food if you'd rather not cook.

A little hidden gem. Lost 1 star because of highway noise, but really not bad. Power sites and water available to fill on your way in.
