7 day return policy is insane. Took 2 weeks for one item to be available for pickup and the measurements on the website are incorrect so the cushion didn’t fit my chair. Went to return it after a long and busy week and was only offered a credit. Won’t be shopping here again.

Bought furniture from this store. Very unfriendly people in this branch ..suggest avoid this branch. Amanda and the manager dealt with us and was not a good experience. Nothing like customer satisfaction or care. Highly disappointed. We were walking around and seeing products and waiting for someone to deal with us but the the whole staff was busy chatting as if no one is around.

What an incredible shopping experience I had at Structube Oshawa. The staff was so friendly, polite and very knowledgeable about all the product. Especially the manager Stephanie who went well above and beyond any manager I’ve dealt with before at comparable stores. I purchased the Kinsey sofa and it is amazing and a wonderful addition to my living space. I will definitely be returning to this location and would be happy to be serviced by any of Stuctube Oshawa’s wonderful staff.

The rating is based on the quality of the product. Our salesperson, Taleen, was excellent. Friendly and helpful and knows her job very well. We purchased two Phillipe nightstands. These cost us a total of $500 plus tax. Today I unpacked the first one. The base of the stand was damaged, not visible but not a great sign. Once I had everything unpacked, I tried opening and closing the two drawers. They opened sort of okay right up until the end of their travel, and upon trying to close them, they seemed to come out of the tracks and were now difficult to open and close. Upon close inspection of the tracks, I realized that they seemed more flimsy than some others I had seen. Contemplating packing everything up and returning to the store, I thought to see if a better quality track would work. I purchased a track from Home Depot, installed it, and the drawer worked perfectly. $45 later, the drawers work fine. Disappointed that such low quality slides are used in these nightstands.

The customer experience wasn't what I expected. I walked in and browsed the entire store without being acknowledged once. I looked at furniture located right in front of the cashiers counter for a good five minutes. The staff ignored me while being busy chit chatting amongst themselves.

Love this store. Great style. Great prices. Great customer service.

I find it so crazy how every time I go into this store no one says a peep to you. I can walk right by the store employees and nothing. No Hi. No welcome. No wonder I usually walk out. Their loss.

1st time I walked into the store I was impressed and was greeted with a hello and smile. Nobody confronted me with pressure and viewed the whole store in comfort.
